Özet

Bu çalışmamızda Hz. Peygamber Döneminden Dört Halife Dönemi Sonuna Kadar Zekât Uygulamalarını kaynakların izin verdiği bilgiler ölçüsünde çalıştık. Tezimiz zekâtın hukuki boyutunu değil, tarihsel yönünü ele almaktadır. Zekâtın bahsettiğimiz dönemlerde ifâde ettiği anlam ve zihinlerdeki algısına yoğunlaştık. Tezimiz giriş, iki bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında zekâtın farz olmasına giden süreçte Müslümanların Mekke ve Medîne'deki iktisâdî durumlarını ele aldık. Birinci bölümde Hz. Peygamber dönemi zekât uygulamalarını üç kısımda inceledik. Hz. Peygamberin zekât ve diğer vergiler karşısındaki durumu, zekâtların toplanması, zekât memurları ve zekâtın dağıtılması şeklinde bir başlıklandırma yaptık. İkinci bölümde Dört Halîfe döneminde zekât uygulamalarının gelişimini izlemeye devam ettik. Birinci bölümde olduğu gibi aynı başlıklar altında konuyu incelemeye ettik. Her halifenin dönemini ayrı başlıklara böldük. Sonuçta Hz. Peygamber döneminde başlayan zekât ibadeti Dört Halîfe döneminde gelişimini ve kurumsallaşmasını aktif bir şekilde sürdürmüştür ve zekâtın belli yapılara ve sistemlere kavuşmuş, vergi niteliği taşıyan bir yönü olduğu ortaya konulmuştur.

We studied Zakat İmplementation From Beginning of the Era Prophet Muhammad Until the End of the Period of the Four Caliphs by the condition of sources datas. Our study has research historical aspect of the zakat, not aspect of the legal dimension. We concanrated that the express of meaning zakat and in its the minds of the sense. Our thesis comprise of introduction, two chapters and conclusion. In the introduction, we contextualised that economical stiuation of the muslims in Mecca and Madina within the process until zakat being obligatory. In chapter one, we examined the era of Muhammad in three section. And whe outlined this section, situation of Prophet Muhammad in the presence of zakat and other taxes, collection of the zakat and distribution of the zakat. In chapter two, whe watched the process of the development of implementation of zakat in the era of Four Caliphs. We leaved the topics as its in first chapter and examined under the same topics. We seperated each caliphs for section. In the conclusion, worship of zakat that begining in the era of the Prophet Muhammad and actively has maintained its development and corporation in the era of the Four Caliphs has obtained its obvious structure. its revealed that zakat similar to tax in some aspects.
