The research makes critical analysis of the investigation of the logistics and their evolvement and also their impact in the retail business in London. It starts with the review chapter which frames the analysis of the different ideas that are behind the research and how the logistics are evolving over the period of time in the retail business. It is very important to have an overall idea about the research that is done and how they assist in collecting the primary data by using questionnaires. The research methods chapter is the most significant chapter that deals with many methods which can be used for achieving the objectives of the research. Though there are many methods that are available only few are chosen and they are explained in detail. The reasons for choosing a particular method are also justified. The data analysis makes the assessment of the different areas that are vital for the development of the logistics and how they have made an impact in the retail sector. This is done by the use of questionnaires applied to 20 employees and interviews applied to 5 managers. Their responses are tabulated and presented in the form of the charts. The final chapter makes an overall thread that connects the entire research which deals with how the results are obtained and whether they answer all the research questions and meet the aims and objectives of the recommendation. The conclusion is also listed within this chapter.
