Özet
Bu araştırmada beden eğitimi ve sınıf öğretmenlerinin beden eğitimi dersine yönelik öğretme tutkusunu etkileyen faktörlerin, demografik, kişisel, öğretme tutkusu gibi özellikler bakımından ölçülmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma 2017-2018 eğitim-öğretim yılı Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü'ne bağlı Yozgat il ve İlçelerinde özel ve devlet okullarında çalışan beden eğitimi ve sınıf öğretmenlerine yönelik olup toplam 503 öğretmene uygulanmıştır. Karaman (2009) tarafından geliştirilen Öğretmen Tutkusunu Etkileyen Faktörler Tutum Ölçeği, Demografik Bilgi Formu (DBF) kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) istatistik programı aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Veri setinin basıklık ve çarpıklık değerlerine bakılmış normal dağılım gösteren verilerin analizinde paremetrik testler kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın güvenirliği açısından Cronbach's Alpha testine tabi olmuş, çalışmada ayrıca bağımsız örneklem t testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi testi, sıklık analizi ve ki-kare testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucuna göre; katılımcıların Süreç Motivasyon ve Okul Sistem Özelliklerine dayalı öğretme tutkusunu etkileyen olumlu faktörleri büyük oranda kabul ettikleri, Süreç Demotivasyon ile Girdi Ve Kurumsal Yapı Alt Boyutundaki olumsuz faktörleri de büyük oranda kabul ettikleri görülmüştür.

This study aims to measure the factors in terms of demographical and personal passion of teaching that affect the teaching passion of physical education and class teachers for physical education classes. Target group of the survey consists of 503 physical education and class teachers working in both state and private schools in 2017-2018 Academic Year in Yozgat and its districts. In order to gather information, the survey utilised both the Attitude Scale of the Factors affecting the Teaching Passion (Karaman, 2009) and Demographical Information Scale (DIF). Gathered information was analyzed via Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Parametric tests were used in the analysis of data showing normalized and skewed values of the data set. Independent sample t-test, one-way Anova, frequency analysis, chi-square test were used in the study, which was subjected to Cronbach's Alpha test in terms of reliability of the study. According to the research results, attendants substantially accept the positive factors that affect the passion for teaching based on Motivation Process and School System and they also accept the negative factors Lack of Motivation Process, Input and the materials about instutional background dimension.
