83 SUMMARY Almost all of the contries have their own systems which regulate their political behaviours, financial politics adopted for finding solutions to various economical problems and a legal regime assembled from regulations stating the social order. If Labour Relations in Türkiye are discussed from“historical point of view”, we observe that the axes affecting this system are mostly the economical, political and social developments which at the same time state the basic factors playing direct and indirect roles on the legal structure based on the same axes. Taking into consideration the employee-employer relations in Türkiye, it is obligatory to make a detailed study of“the official ideologies and approaches”which affect the economical, political, and legal procedures. The preliminary dynamics orientiny labour relations and preparing structural formations are the official ideologies which direct the political attitudes in this regard. The same could be applied in the process of legal reactions. Hence, it is quite clear the effects of the official ideology, politics and procedures in the National Protection Law issued in 1940, in the Work Law issued in 1936 and in Work Law Drafts prepared for the period between 1924 and 1934.
