Özet
ÖZET İşletme sayısı ve istihdam oranları açısından, ülkemizde önemli bir yere sahip olan Küçük ve Orta Boy İşletmelerde (KOBİ) istihdam edilen işgücü, çalışma yaşamında birçok sorun ile karşı karşıyadır. Bu sorunların, nedenleri ile bir likte ortaya çıkarılması, çalışmamızın ana amacını oluşturmaktadır. Bu düşünceden hareketle, üç bölüm halinde hazırlanan çalışmamızın birinci bölümünde, KOBİ kavramı üzerinde durularak, KOBİ'lerin soyo-ekonomik iş-. levleri ile Türkiye ekonomisi içindeki yeri anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümünde, KOBİ'lere ilişkin sorunlardan, işletme yapısından kaynak lanan sorunlara kısaca değinildikten sonra, araştırmamızın asıl konusunu oluşturan KOBİ işgörenlerinin çalışma yaşamına ilişkin sorunları, bu konuda yapılmış diğer araştırmalarla da desteklenerek, irdelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise, sorunların tespiti için tekstil endüstrisi, konfeksiyon sa nayiinde bir uygulama yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler yardımıyla, yaşanan sorunlar netleştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Sonuç ve öneriler kısmında da, kuram ve uygulma bölümlerinin bir değerlen dirilmesi yapılarak, eleştiriler çerçevesinde, genel anlamda önerilere yer veril miştir.

ABSTRACT Labor force in small or medium sized managements which are of greaet im portance in our country in terms of the number and employment rations is fa ce to face with quite a lot of problems under working conditions. The purpose of our sudy is based on the presentation of the respects coverning the afore mentioned problems and their reasons upon which they are dependent. Upon this thought, in th first part of our study which has actually been prepa red in three parts, we have emphasized greatly on the concept of small and me dium sized managements and their socio-economic functions in Turkish eco nomy. In the second part, among the problems related to the small and medium sized managements, after having touched on the problems resulted from the struc ture of the manegement, we have tired to examine the problems of the work-li fe of the deputies in small and medium sized managements, which constitues the main topic of our study, accompanied by the formerly-made researcher. In the third part, an application was made in the wearing materials manufac turing of the textle industry for the purpose of determining he problems. Thanks to the data obtained, we have strived for making the problems faced more clear. In the conclusion and suggestions part, suggestion of general future have be en included folloving the evaluation of the parts coverning the concept and applization items.
