ÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi CİP BARAJ GÖL'Û (SETİN ÖN KISMI) PLANKTÖNIK ALGLERİNİN ARAŞTIRILMASI Mehmet Tehir ALP Fırat üniversitesi Fen Bitimleri Enstitüsü u Ürünleri Temel Bilimler Anabili m Dalı 1996, Sayfa 77 Bu araştırmada Cip Baraj Gölü fitcplanktonu, baraj setinin önünde belirlerin istasyonlardan alınan örneklerde Eylül 1994 - Eylül 1995 tarihler arası rate incelenmiştir. Cip Baraj Gölü fitoplanfctonunda araştırma süresince Bacillariophyta' ya ait 121, Chloropftyta' ya ait 29, Cyanophyta' ya ait 7, Dinophyta' ya ait 1 ve Euglenophyta' ya ait 9 taksan olmak üzere toplam 167 tak3on belirlenmiştir. Diyatomeler (Bacillariophyta), gerek takson sağısı gerekse fitoplankton içerisindeki yoğunlukları ile Cip Baraj Gölü fitoplanktenu içerisindeki en önemli algler olmuşlardır. Diyatomeler arasında ise Â?6mfftfa$ miatttisstm, ûvcems plsastuU, CycMelU mmtâ, C. mneghmism, C. kiiizîngism, C. tmllste, CçmM/â cfsMs, Fngiterte brsvistnsU, F.cr&t&föt&ıs, F.pinmis, tfawctttscrypt&ceptefa, NiteschisapicuMs, M emphitös vs N. psks türleri örneklerde ortaya çıkı? sıklıkları ve oluşturdukları populasyonlann büyüklüğü ile fitoplanktonun en önemli üyeleri olmuşlardır. Diyatomeler hemen hemen her mevsimde fitoplanktonda geniş popuîasyonlar oluşturmuşlardır.

II SUMMARY Masters Thesis A STUDY OH THE PHYTOPLANKTON OF CİP DAM LAKE Mehmet Tahir ALP Fırat University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of Aquaculture 1996, Page 77 In this study, phytoplankton occurring in Cip Dam Lake vere investigated between September 1994 and September 1995. Phytoplankton of Cip Dam Lake consisted of Bacillariophyta (121 taxa), Cyanophyta (7 taxa), Chlorophyta (29 taxa), Euglenophyta (9 taxa) and Dinophyta (1 taxa). A total of 167 taxa belonging to these divisio were recorded. Diatoms were the most important algae in the phytoplankton concerning both frequency of occurrence and population density. Of all, the diatoms Ac/tn&nttes mimttissfm, Ctec&mfs placentitis, CytfoteHe comis, C. memştömm, C. kütziaglana, C. acef/ate, Cgmbeîte cisiule, Frsgtferie trewstrfste, F. croteimsis, Fpfımata, fâhict/lscrpptûsepMe, tfitzscftfeepievtate, M ampMMawA M pales were the most conspicuous in phytoplankton recorded at all stations. Diatoms occurred in considerable numbers in almost every season. Some algae were noticable with their occurence at all stations while some occurred only at one station.
