Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, meta-analiz yöntemi kullanarak harmanlanmış öğrenme yöntemiyle yürütülen derslerin akademik erişi (öğrenme çıktıları) etki büyüklüklerini belirlemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda harmanlanmış öğrenme yönteminin etkililiğini, yüz-yüze öğrenme yöntemi ile 2002-2015 yılları arasında karşılaştıran deneysel çalışma sonuçları birleştirilmiştir. 154 çalışma içerisinden dâhil etme ölçütlerini karşılayan 34'ü makale, 11'i doktora tezi ve 12'si yüksek lisans tezinden oluşan 57 bireysel çalışma meta-analiz verilerini oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre, harmanlanmış öğrenme yönteminin akademik erişi üzerinde 0,557 etki büyüklüğü ile pozitif yönde ve orta düzeyde etkisinin olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Yapılan homojenlik testi sonucunda etki büyüklükleri dağılımının heterojen yapıda olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Birincil çalışmalarda etkisi rapor edilmemiş ancak dağılımdaki heterojenlik kaynağı hakkında fikir verebileceği düşünülen moderatör değişkenler de analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmanın yürütüldüğü ülke, yayın yılı, konu alanı, öğretim kademesi, yayın türü ve kullanılan teknoloji bu araştırmanın moderatör değişkenlerini oluşturmaktadır. Moderatör analizleri sonucunda çalışmanın yürütüldüğü ülke ve yayın yılı değişkenlerine göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark bulunmuş, diğer moderatörler ise istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık ortaya koymamıştır. Yayın yanlılığı analizi sonuçlarına göre herhangi bir yanlılık kanıtına rastlanmamıştır.

The purpose of this study which uses meta-analysis method is to determine the effect sizes of academic achievement (learning outcomes) of courses conducted by blended learning method. For this purpose, the experimental study results comparing the effectiveness of the blended learning method with face-to-face learning method between the years 2002 and 2015 are combined. Out of 154 studies, 57 individual studies consisting of 34 articles, 12 master's theses and 11 doctoral dissertations meeting the inclusion criteria constituted meta-analysis data. According to the results of the study, it was found that the blended learning method has positive effect and moderate effect on academic access with effect size of 0,557. As a result of the homogeneity test, it was determined that the effect size distribution is heterogeneous. Moderator variables that were not reported in the primary studies but were thought to be able to give an idea of the source of heterogeneity in the distribution were also analyzed. The country in which the studies were conducted, the year of publication, the subject matter, educational level, the type of publication and the technology used constitute the moderator variables of this research. As a result of the moderator analysis, statistically significant difference was found according to the year of publication and the country in which the studies were conducted, the other moderators did not show a statistically significant difference. According to the results of publication bias analysis, no evidence of bias was found.
