Özet
Bu çalışmada imidacloprid, thiacloprid, deltamethrin ve cypermethrin ilaçlarının tarla uygulama dozu (T) ve tarla uygulama dozunun yarısı (T/2)'nın uygulandığı Tetranychus urticae Koch. (Acari: Tetranychidae)'de üreme parametreleri ve yaşam süreleri incelenmiştir. Çalışma da ilaçlar ve saf su (kontrol) ilaçlama kulesi ile Petri kabındaki ıslak pamuk üzerindeki yapraklarda bulunan T. urticae'nin larva ve ergin evresindeki bireylere uygulanmıştır. Deltamethrin ve cypermethrin'in T ve T/2 dozu uygulanan larvalarda gelişme süresi kontrole göre uzun olmuştur. Thiacloprid'in T dozu uygulanan larvaların gelişme süresini kontrolle göre daha kısa olmuştur. Thiacloprid'in T/2 dozu uygulanan bireylerden elde edilen erginlerin provipozisyon süresi kontrole göre arttırmıştır. İmidacloprid T dozu uygulanan larvalardan elde edilen bireylerden elde edilen erginlerin yaşam ve ovipozisyon süresi kontrole göre daha kısa olmuştur. Thiacloprid ve daltamethrin'nin T dozu uygulananlarda preovipozisyon süresi kontrole göre azaltmıştır. Deltamethrin in T/2 dozu uygulanan ergin bireylerinin ortalama yaşam süresi, ortalama ovipozisyon süresi kontrole göre daha kısa olmuştur ve yumurta sayısı/dişi azalmıştır. İmidacloprid, thiacloprid ve cypermethrin uygulanan T. urticae erginlerinde ortalama yaşam süresi ve ortalama ovipozisyon süresi kontrolle aynı olmuştur ve dozlar arasında fark belirlenememiştir. İmidacloprid'in T/2 dozu uygulanan ergin bireylerin yumurta sayısı/dişi kontrole göre oldukça fazla olmuştur.

In this study, we investigated the effect of imidacloprid, thiacloprid, deltamethrin and cypermethrin on Tetranychus urticae Koch. (Acari: Tetranychidae) reproduction parameters and life span using field application doses (T) and half of field application doses (T/2). Insecticides and pure water (control) was applied to the larvae and adult of the T. urticae found on the leaves on the wet cotton of the petri dish by spray towers. Results showed that compared to the control, the larvae's duration of development on samples treated with deltamethrin and cypermethrin at T and T/2 doses was longer. The developmental period of larvae treated with thiacloprid's at T dose was shorter than the control. The duration of adults preoviposition from thiacloprid's at T/2 dose administered individuals was increased compared to the control. The life span and the duration of ovulation of adults obtained from larvae treated with imidacloprid at T dose were shorter compared to the control. Thus. Thiacloprid and deltamethrin's at T dose reduced the preoviposition time compared to the control. . The life span, periot of oviposition of T. urticae adults applied deltamethrin at T/2 dosed were shorter than controls and and decreased number of eggs / female. Mean life span and oviposition periot of T. urticae treated with imidacloprid, thiacloprid and cypermethrin, were the same as controls, and no difference was found between doses. The number of eggs/female of T. urticae were significantly higher than control at T/2 dose of imidacloprid.
