Özet
VI oz Denenen 23 farklı karbohidrat arasından Pimpla turionellae L. ergin dişilerinin yaşam süresine en iyi etkiyi sükroz yapmış, glukoz, maltoz, melezitoz ve trehaloz etkilememiştir. En kısa yaşam süresi ise arabinozda gözlenmiştir. Glukoz, fruktoz, maltoz, sükroz ve sorbitol yumurta üretimini etkilememiş, galaktoz ve trehaloz düşürmüş, melezitoz ise arttırmıştır. Galaktoz dışmda denenen diğer karbohidratlar yumurta açılımım etkilememiştir. Böceğin total glikojen miktarı arabinoz, fruktoz, galaktoz, glukoz, laktoz, melibioz, trehaloz, nişasta, sorbitol ve a-metil-d-glikozitte etkilenmemiş, sorbozda artmış diğerlerinde düşmüştür. Total protein miktarım glukoz Önemli derecede düşürmüş, ksiloz arttırmıştır.

VII ABSTRACT Among 23 carbohydrates tested sucrose showed the best results on survival of adult female P. turionellea L., whereas glucose, maltose, melezitose and trehalose did not show any significant effect. The shortest survival period observed was in arabinose. Egg production was not affected by glucose, fructose, maltose, sucrose and sorbitol, while it decreased by galactose and trehalose and increased by melezitose. Except galactose, the other carbohydrates tested did not show a significant effect on egg hatch. The total glycogen level was not altered by arabinose, fructose, galactose, glucose, lactose, melibiose, trehalose, starch, sorbitol and cc-methyl-d-glucosite, while an increase by using sorbose and decrease by using the other carbohydrates tested were observed. The level of total protein was significantly decreased by glucose, and increased by xylose.
