Özet
Osmanlı tarihi için önemli bir kaynak olan sicill-i ahvâl defterleri, Osmanlı Devleti'nde çalışan memurların biyografik bilgilerini içerir. Bu belgeler biyografik bilgilerin yanı sıra dönemin idari, iktisadi ve sosyal yapısı hakkında bilgiler vermektedir. Çalışmada Harput doğumlu 177 memur bulunmaktadır. Bu belgelerde memurların doğum tarihlerinin yanısıra memurların baba adı, lakap ve eğitim bilgileri hakkında bilgiler mevcuttur. Bu defterler memurların daha çok atama ve tayinleri hakkında bilgiler yer alır. Ayrıca memurlara ait ödül, ceza ve madalya gibi bilgiler de yer almaktadır. Çalışmada Osmanlı Devleti'ndeki memuriyet anlayışından, sicill-i ahvâl defterlerinden ve sicill-i ahvâl komisyonuyla ilgili bilgilerden bahsedildi. Bununla birlikte memurların doğum yerleri olan Harput'la ilgili tarihsel bir bilgi verilerek Harput'un coğrafi, ekonomik ve sosyal yapısını ele alındı. Memurlara ait biyografilerdeki bilgileri tablolar şeklinde gösterilerek son kısımda memurlara ait olan belgelerin okunuşunu verildi. Bu belgeler İstanbul 'daki Başbakanlık Osmanlı Arşivinden elde edilerek çalışılmıştır. Bu tez ile Harput doğumlu memurlar tanıtılmaya çalışılmıştır.

Sicill-i Ahvâl record, an important source for Ottoman history, contain biographical information of officials working in the Ottoman State. These documents provide biographical information as well as information on the administrative, economic and social structure of the period. There are 177 civil servants born in Harput. In these documents, there are information about the date of birth of the officers as well as the names of the officers, nicknames and educational information. These books contain information on appointments and appointments of officers. In addition, information such as awards, penalties and medals belonging to the officers are also included. In the study, it was mentioned about the understanding of the civil service in the Ottoman State, the records of the registrations and the information about the registration commission. The historical, economic, and social structure of Harput was addressed by giving historical information about Harput, the birthplace of the officers. The information in the biographies belonging to civil servants was shown in the form of tables and in the last part the documents belonging to the officers were read. These documents were obtained from the Ottoman Archives of the Prime Ministry in Istanbul. With this thesis, the officers who were born in Harput were tried to be introduced.
