Özet
Bu çalışmada, Konya ili Akşehir İlçesi Kozağaç Sulama Kooperatifindeki sulama performansının kooperatif sahasındaki çiftçilerin su uygulama davranışlarının belirlenerek, çözüm önerilerini ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçla kooperatif ortakları ile yüz yüze görüşme şeklinde anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; Ankete katılan çiftçilerin %60'ı toprak analizi yaptırdığını, %40'ı analiz yaptırmadığını, %72,5'i kullandığı suyun kalitesini bilmediğini, %27,5'i ise su kalitesini bildiğini, %60'ı sulama zamanını toprağı kontrol ederek, %35'i bitkiye bakarak, %5'i ise tahminen belirlediklerini, %45'i sulamayı sulama sırası kendine geldiğinde yaptığını, %32,5'i suyu hemen temin edemediğini, %12,5'i istenilen zamanda temin ettiğini ve %10'u gecikmeli olarak suyu tarlaya alabildiğini ifade etmiştir. Çiftçilerin %52,5'i sulama ücretlerinin pahalı bulduğunu, %42,5'i normal ve %5'i ise ucuz bulduğunu, %42,5'i sulama işletmelerinde bakım ve onarımı kendisinin yaptığını, %57,5'i ise kooperatifin yaptığını belirtmişlerdir.

The study aims to determine the behavior of the irigation practice of farmers affliated with the Kozagac Irrigation cooperative in the town of Akşehir, Konya, and offers solutions. To this end, with the members of the cooperative were interviewed face to face. According to research result, %60 of the farmers who participated in the survey, have a soil analysis, %40 of them have not a soil analysis. %72,5 of farmers do not know the quality of the water they use, %27,5 of them know it. In addition %60 of farmers determine the time of the irrigation time by controlling the soil, also %35 of them determine it by looking the plant and %5 of them determine presumably it. %45 of farmers state that they do irrigation when the irrigation order comes to themselves, by the way %32,5 of them state that they do not supply immediately the water, contrary to this, %12,5 of them state the water is supplied at the desired time and %10 of them can take the water delayed. %52,5 of farmers indicate that the irrigation fee is expensive, according to %42,5 of them, the fee is normal and %5 of them indicate that is cheap. %42,5 of the farmers express that they apply themselves to maintenance and repair in irrigation enterprises, whereas; %57,5 of them express that the cooperative does it.
