Özet
Bu çalışmada Bakara suresindeki karşılıklı konuşmalardan yola çıkılarak Kur‟ân-ı Kerim‟in iletişim ilke ve metotlarını tespit edebilmek ve kullanılan sanatları ortaya koyabilmek amaçlanmıştır. Kur‟ân‟ın en önemli amaçlarından birisi de insanlarla sağlıklı bir iletişim kurmak olduğu gerçeği göz önünde bulundurulduğu takdirde bu Kitabın iletişim ilke ve metotlarına verdiği değer zihinlerde daha iyi berraklaşmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde iletişim kavramı ve iletişim unsurları ele alınmış, Bakara suresinin nüzulüne, faziletlerine ve içeriğine dair bilgiler verilmiştir. İletişim kavramı farklı ilim dallarına konu olduğu ve girift bir yapı arz ettiği için birden fazla tanıma sahiptir. Aynı zamanda farklı özellikleri bünyesinde toplayan bir kavramdır. İkinci bölüm ise çalışmanın omurgasını teşkil etmektedir. Bu bölümde suredeki karşılıklı konuşmaları ihtiva eden örnek ayetlerin satır aralarındaki iletişime dair ilke, metot ve edebi sanatlar maddeler halinde tespit edilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise tespit edilen metotlar ve sanatlar sırasıyla ele alınmıştır. Metotların ayrı bir başlık altında incelenmesi herhangi bir alanda vuslata (başarıya) erebilmek için usulü takip etmenin gerekliliğine, sanatların ayrıca işlenmesi ise edebi sanatların söze katmış olduğu etkiye ve güce işaret etmektedir.

In this study, it is aimed to be able to identify the principles and methods of communication of the Qur'an and to reveal the arts that are used by starting from the mutual talk of Bakara. Considering the fact that one of the most important aims of the Qur'an is to establish a healthy communication with people, the value given to the principles and methods of communication of this Book is better clarified in the minds. In the first part of this study, the concept of communication is discussed and communication elements are listed. The concept of communication has multiple identities because it is subject to different branches of science and it presents an intricate structure. At the same time it is a concept that collects different features in its own right. The second part is the backbone of the study. In this chapter, information about the nature, virtues and content of Bakara is given, and the principles, method and literary arts of communication between the lines of the sample verses containing the mutual speeches are identified and the methods and arts determined at the end of the chapter are discussed respectively. The examination of the methods under a separate heading implies the necessity of following the procedure in order to achieve success in any field, while the further processing of the arts refers to the influence and the goodness that the literary arts have contributed.
