Özet
Modern eğitim yöntemlerinden biri olan Ters Yüz Edilmiş Sınıf (TYS) modeli, muhasebe eğitiminin öğrencilere daha etkin bir şekilde aktarılmasını amaç edinen öğrenci odaklı bir eğitim yöntemidir. TYS modelinde, ders konuları öğrencilere sınıf dışında video gibi teknolojik araçlarla sunulmakta olup, konuların pekiştirilmesine yönelik etkinlikler sınıf içinde farklı eğitim yöntemleriyle gerçekleştirilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, TYS modelinin muhasebe eğitimine uygulanabilirliğini ve lisans öğrencilerinin muhasebe eğitiminde TYS modeline yönelik yaklaşımlarını ortaya çıkarmaktır. Çalışmanın amacına uygun olarak Bülent Ecevit Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi (İİBF)'nde muhasebe dersi almakta olan İktisat, Maliye, Uluslararası Ticaret ve İşletmecilik (UTİ), Çalışma Ekonomisi ve Endüstri İlişkileri (ÇEKO) ve İşletme bölümü öğrencilerine anket soruları yöneltilmiştir. Çalışmada kullanılan anket sorularına verilen cevaplar sonucunda, nihai anket sayısı 373 olarak belirlenmiştir. Veriler SPSS Statistics 20 programına girilerek, ortalama ve standart sapmaları bulunmuş, geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik analizi, faktör analizi, bağımsız t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) ve Pearson korelasyon analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğrencilerin TYS modeline ve TYS modelinin gerekleri olan hazırlık, teknolojik araç, ders işleyişi/akışı ve süre faktörlerine yaklaşımlarının olumlu olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The Flipped Classroom (FC) model, one of the modern education methods, is a student-centered education method aimed at transferring accounting education to students more effectively. In the FC model, the course subjects are presented to the students with technological tools such as video outside the classroom, and the activities aimed at reinforcing the topics are realized with different education methods within the classroom. The purpose of this study is to determine the applicability of the FC model in accounting education and the approaches of undergraduate students to FC model in accounting education. In order to meet the purpose of the study, questionnaires were directed to the students of Economics, Finance, International Trade and Business Administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations and Business Administration students who are taking courses in Bülent Ecevit University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. As a result of the answers given to the survey questions used in the study, the number of the final questionnaire was determined as 373. Data were analysed in the SPSS Statistics 20 program and mean and standard deviations were found. The data obtained from data collection tool were analysed using validity and reliability analysis, factor analysis, independent t-test, one way variance analysis (ANOVA) and Pearson correlation analysis. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the approaches of the students to the FC model and the preparation of the FC model, the technological tools, the course/the course flow and duration factors were positive.
