Özet
53 ÖZET Bu çalışma Behçet hastalığının, aktif dönemde kan parametreleri, hemoreolojik parametreler ve eser elementler üzerine olan etkilerinin incelenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma, Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi Behçet polikliniğinde aktif Behçet tanısı konmuş 50 kişiden oluşan hasta grubu ve kontrol grubu olarak 30 sağlıklı kişi ile 30 romatoid artrit hastasından oluşan üç grupta yapıldı. Araştırmanın sonunda elde edilen bilgilere göre gerek Behçet hastalıklı gerekse romatoid artritli grupta lökosit ve trombosit sayılarında, eritrosit sedimantasyon hızında ve hemoreolojik parametrelerden plasma viskozitesinde ve eser elementlerden çinko ve bakır düzeylerinde sağlıklı kontrol grubunun değerlerine göre anlamlı değişiklikler gözlendi. Behçet hastalıklı grup, romatoid artritli grup ve sağlıklı kontrol grubunun eritrosit deformabilite indeksleri sırasıyla 10.88±2.48 %hct.dak*1,9.80±1.74 %hct.dak'\ 6.03Ü.8 %hct.dak'1olarak bulundu. Yapılan istatistiksel değerlendirmede gerek Behçet hastalıklı grubun (p<0.001) gerekse romatoid artritli grubun (p<0.001) eritrosit deformabilite indeksi değerleri sağlıklı kontrol grubununkinden anlamlı olarak yüksek bulundu. Ayrıca Behçet hastalıklı grubun eritrosit deformabilite indeksi değerinin romatoid artritli kontrol grubununkinden de (p<0.05) yüksek olduğu saptandı. Bu sonuçlara göre, Behçet hastalığının aktif döneminde kan parametreleri ve hemoreolojik parametrelerde tespit edilen değişiklikler tartışıldı.

54 SUMMARY Attemps were made in this study to analyze the efFects of Behçet's disease on blood parameters, hemorheologic parameters and trace elements in the active stage. The study was carried on a patient group comparising of 50 subjects who were diagnosed to have Behçet's disease and on a control group comparising of 30 healty subjects and 30 rheumatoid arthritic patients at Behçet's outpatient clinic at the Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty. According to the data obtained at the end of the study, signifıcant alterations were observed in both the group with Behçet's disease and in the group with rheumatoid arthritis in their leucocyte and platelet counts, in their erythrocyte sedimentation rate, in the plasma viscosity of the hemorheologic parameters, and in the zinc and copper levels of trace elements compared to the values of the healty control group. The erythrocyte deformability indices of the group vvith Behçet's disease, the group vvith rheumatoid arthritis, and the healty control group were found to be 10.88±2.48 %hct min-I, 9.80±1.74%hct min-l,6.03±1.8%hct min-1, respectively. in the statitical evaluation carried out, the erythrocyte deformability index values of both the group with Behçet's disease (p<0.001), and the group vvith rheumatoid arthritis (p<0.001) were found to be higher than these of the healty group. Furthermore, it was also established that the erythrocyte deformability inde* value of the group vvith Behçet's disease vvas higher than that of the group vvith rheumatoid arthritis (p<0.05). According to these results, alterations determined in the blood parameters and hemorheologic parameters of Behçet's disease in the active stage vvere discussed.
