Özet
Sülfamit ve dopamin analoglarının önemli biyolojik aktivitelerinden dolayı bu tez kapsamında bir seri yeni sülfamit ve -benzildopamin türevlerinin sentezi gerçekleştirildi. Bu maksatla, benzilaminlerden çıkılarak altı tane yeni sülfamit sentezlendi. Benzilaminlerin benzilalkol varlığında CSI ile reaksiyonu sulfamoil karbamatları verdi. Sulfamoil karbamatların Pd-C katalizörlüğünde hidrojenolizi benzil sülfamitleri verdi. Ayrıca 3-fenilpropanik asitlerden çıkılarak beş tane yeni sülfamit türevi de sentezlendi. Propanoik asitler literatür yöntemleri kullanılarak ilgili 3-fenil propil aminlere dönüstürüldü. Propil aminlerin N,N-dimetilsülfamoil klorürle reaksiyonu sonucunda da yeni sülfamitler sentezlendi. Yine dokuz tane -benzildopamin türevlerinin sentezi 3-fenilpropanoik asitlerden çıkılarak gerçekleştirildi. Metoksibenzenlerin propanoik asitlerle açillenmesi, ilgili ketonların dimetil karbonat ile -karboksillenmesi, keton gruplarının indirgenmesi, ester hidrolizi, asitlerin Curtius reaksiyonu ve karbamatların hidrojenolizi ilgili -benzildopamin türevlerini verdi. Sentezlenen -benzildopaminlerin bir kısmı da sülfamit türevlerine dönüştürüldü.

Because of the important biological activities of sulfamides and dopamine analogues, the synthesis of novel sulfamides and -benzyldopamine derivatives were carried out in the present thesis. In this context, six new sulfamides were synthesized from benzylamines. The reaction of benzylamines in the presence of benzylalcohols with CSI gave sulfamoylcarbamates. Pd-C catalyzed hydrogenolysis of sulfamylcarbamates afforded benzylsulfamides. On the other hand, five novel sulfamides were also synthesized starting from 3-phenylpropanoic acids. Propanoic acids were converted into their correspoinding 3-phenylpropylamines by using literature methods. New sulfamides were synthesized from the reaction of propylamines with N,N-dimethylsulfamoyl chloride. Again, the synthesis of nine novel -benzyldopamine derivatives was achieved from 3-phenylpropanoic acids. Acylation of methoxybenzenes with propanoic acids, -carboxylation of the corresponding ketones with dimethylcabonate, the reduction of ketone groups, hydrolysis of ester groups, Curtius reaction of acids and hydrogenolysis of the carbamates furnished the corresponding -benzyldopamine analogues. Some of these synthesized -benzyldopamines were also converted into their sulfamide derivatives.
