Özet
Nietzsche'ye göre doğadaki her şey, onun 'güç istemi' ismini verdiği bir ilke uyarınca vardır ve var olan, olan-biten her şey esasen bu güç isteminin birer tezahürü, birer dışavurumu olmaktan ibarettir. Bu anlamda 'güç istemi' Nietzsche'nin felsefesinin en temel kavramlarından biri olup, onun gerek epistemolojik, gerekse ahlaki anlayışını ortaya koymakta kullandığı bir ilke konumundadır. Bu bağlamda, çalışmamız, Nietzsche'nin yegâne değerlendirme ve eleştiri ölçütü saydığı 'güç istemi'nin aslen ne olduğunu; Nietzsche'nin, bu ölçüt uyarınca, bilgi ve ahlaka ilişkin felsefe sorunlarına yönelik hangi eleştiri ve değerlendirmelerde bulunduğunu; reddettiği anlayışların yerine hangi anlayış(lar)ı önerdiğini sistematik bir şekilde ortaya koymayı hedeflemektedir.

For Nietzsche, everything in nature exists according to a principle which he designates as 'the will to power', and each and everything that exists and occurs is nothing but the manifestations, expressions of this will to power. In this sense, being one of the most fundamental concepts of Nietzsche's philosophy,'the will to power' is a principle according to which he manifests his conceptions of both epistemology and ethics. In this context, our dissertation aims to systematically put forward what 'the will to power' really is as being Nietzsche's sole criterion of evaluation and critical approach; which criticisms and evaluations had Nietzsche according to this sole criterion introduced concerning knowledge and morality as philosophical problems; and which approach(es) had Nietzsche suggested in place of the ones that he reproached.
