ÖZET Doktora Tezi BAZI YENİ PORFİRİN TÜREVLERİNİN SENTEZİ YAPILARI VE BAZLIK SABİTLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ Mustafa Hayvalı Ankara Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Kimya Anabilimdalı Danışman : Prof.Dr. Necla GÜNDÜZ 1996, Sayfa: 139 Jüri : Prof.Dr. Saim ÖZKAR Prof.Dr. Necla GÜNDÜZ Prof.Dr. Zeynel KILIÇ Bu çalışmada Tetrafenilporfirin dumanlı nitrik asit ile reaksiyona sokularak sadece fenil halkalarının para pozisyonlarının nitrolandığı görüldü, ve nitrik asit miktarı ayarlanarak p-mono, p-di ve p-tri nitrofenilporfirin türevleri hazırlandı. Ayrıca pirol ve p- nitrobenzaldehitten tetra-nitrofenilporfirin elde edildi. Bu maddelerin HCI li ortamda SnCI2.2H20 ile indirgenmesinden mono, di, tri ve tetra aminofenilporfirin türevleri sentezlendi. Sentezlenen nitro ve amin bileşiklerinin susuz nitrobenzen ortamında HCIO4 ile potansiyometrik titrasyonları yapıldı ve Nitro ve amin grublarının sayısının değişmesiyle porfirin halkasının bazlık gücünün değiştiği gözlendi. Sentezlenen 5-(4- aminofeniljtrifenilporfirin bileşiğinin salisilaldehit, 2-hidroksi-1 -naftaldehit ve 4'- hidroksi-5'-formil-benzo-15-Crown-5 ile orjinal porfirin-schiff bazları hazırlandı. Ayrıca benzoil klorür, salisiloil klorür, Benzol 5-crown-5-asit klorürleri ile amitleşme reaksiyonları sonucunda yeni porfirin amit bileşiklerinin sentezi gerçekleştirildi. Sentezlenen porfirin schiff bazı ve porfirin amitlerin Ni(ll)asetat ve Cu(ll)asetat ile kompleksleri elde edildi. Bütün bu bileşiklerin yapıları element analizi, İR, UV spektrofotometrik, H1-, C13-NMR, Kütle, Spektroskopisi yöntemleriyle ve 5,15-Bis-(4- aminofenil)-10,20-difenilporfirin bileşiğinin yapısı X-ışınları analiz yöntemleriyle aydınlatıldı. It was seen that the para pozition of tetraphenlporphyrin were nitrated and by using sufficient amount of fuming nitric acid, p-mono-, p-di- and p-tri- nitrophenylporphyrin were synthesized. On the other hand, tetranitrophenylporphyrin was obtained by the reaction of pyrole and p-nitrobenzaldehyde. p-mono-, p-di-, p-tri- and p- tetraaminophenylporphyrin derivatives were prepared from the reduction of corresponding nitro compounds with SnCI2.2H20 in HCI media. All these nitro and amino derivatives of tetraphenylporphyrin were investigated potantiometrically in non-aqueous nitrobenzene solvent. The basicity of the porphrin ring changes depending on the number of nitro and amino groups on the peripheral rings. Some novel Schiff bases were synthesized from 5-(4-aminophenyl)-1 0,1 5,20- triphenylporphyrin and some aldehydes like salicylaldehyde, 2-hydroxy-1- naphtaldehyde and 4'-hydroxy-5'-formyl-benzo-15-crown-5. Besides new porphyrin amide compounds were also prepared by the reaction of 5-(4-aminophenyl)-1 0,1 5,20- triphenylporphyrin with benzoil chloride, salyciloil chloride and 4'-chloroformyl-benzo- 15-crown-5.The Ni(ll) acetate and Cu(ll)acetate complexes were prepared from the porphyrin-schiff bases and porphyrin-amides, with Ni(ll)acetate and Cu(ll)acetate. The structures of these compounds were investigated by elemental analysis, İR, UV spectrophotometric, 1H-, C-NMR and mass spectroscopic analysis. The structure of the 5,10-bis-(4-aminophenyl)-15,20-diphenylporphyrinatonickel(ll) compound was enlightened using the X-ray crystallography method.
