Özet
Bu araştırma Mersin ili dört (Akdeniz, Mezitli, Toroslar Yenişehir) merkez ilçesi resmi okul ve kurumlarında görev yapan rehber öğretmenlerinin algıladıkları yıldırma davranışları (Mobbing) ile tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi üzerine yapılmış bir çalışmadır. Araştırmaya 144 kadın ve 212 erkek olmak üzere toplam 256 rehber öğretmen katılmıştır. Araştırmada algılanan yıldırma davranışlarını ölçmek amacıyla Leyman (1984)'nın belirlemiş olduğu Mobbing Tipoloji Envanterinin 35 maddesini içeren, Bulut (2007)'un oluşturduğu“Mobbing Belirleme Ölçeği”ile Maslach ve Jackson (1981) tarafından geliştirilen, Maslach Tükenmişlik (Maslach Burnout Inventory-MBI) envanteri ve araştırmacı tarafından düzenlenen demografik bilgi formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada verilerin normal dağılıma uygun olup olmadığının tespit edilmesi için One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov testi uygulanmıştır. Ölçek alt boyutlarına ilişkin verilerin cinsiyete, medeni duruma ve eğitim düzeyine göre karşılaştırılmasında Mann Whitney U testi kullanılmıştır. Ölçek alt boyutlarına ilişkin verilerin görev yapılan okul türü, görev yapılan ilçe, mesleki kıdem, yaş grupları ve mezun olunan bölüm türüne göre karşılaştırılmasında ise Kruskal Wallis H testi kullanılmıştır. Gruplar arası farklılığı tespit etmek için post hoc test gruplarından Mann Whitney U testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan iki ölçeğin birbirleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesinde ise Spearman Korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre; rehber öğretmenlerin yıldırmanın (mobbing) alt boyutu olan kendini gösterme ve iletişim oluşumunu engelleme, sosyal ilişlilere saldırılar, itibara saldırılar, kişinin yaşam kalitesi ve mesleki durumuna saldırılar ve algıladıkları toplam yıldırma (mobbing) düzeylerinin düşük düzeyde olduğu görülmektedir. Rehber Öğretmenlerin tükenmişliğin alt boyutu olan kişisel başarı tükenmişlik düzeylerinin düşük düzeyde olduğu, tükenmişliğin alt boyutu olan duygusal tükenme, duyarsızlaşma ve toplam tükenmişlik düzeylerinin ise orta düzeyde olduğu görülmektedir. Rehber öğretmenlerin algıladıkları yıldırma (mobbing) düzeyi ile tükenmişlik düzeyi arasındaki ilişkiye baktığımızda; tükenmişlik düzeyinin duyarsızlaşma alt boyutu haricindeki tüm alt boyutlar ile yıldırmanın (mobbing) alt boyutları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur.

This study is an investigation that the counselors who work in four district (Akdeniz, Mezitli, Toroslar, Yenişehir) of Mersin city center and work in public school and public enterprice of Ministry of National Education has been made on. Totally 256 counselors who are 144 women and 212 men has participated in this study. In this study, with the purpose of evaluating the perceived mobbing behavior“Mobbing Detection Scale”which includes 35 items of mobbing typology inventory determined by Leymann (1984) and formed by Bulut (2007) and Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI), which developed by Maslach and Jackson (1981) , and the demographic verse form, which was formed by researcher, has been used. In order to determine whether it is suitable for normal distrubition or not, One Kolmogorov- Smirnov Test has been implemented in this study. Mann Whitney U test has been implemented while the datas related the subdimensions of scales has been compared with the gender, marital sattus and educational level. Kruskal Wallis H Test has been implemented while the datas of subdimensions of scales has been compared with the type of school, districts, professional seniorities, age groups, departments which was graduated from.Mann Whitney U Test has been used to find out the differences between groups. Spearman Correlation Analysis has been used when the relations between both scales in this study has been examined. According to the findigs of this study ; the fact that the levels of counselor' s showing themselves and obstructing communications, the offences against the social relations, the offences against the dignity, the offences against the life quality and Professional status and the total perceived mobbing are low has been seen. .It has been seen that the burnout level of counselor's personal accomplishment is low and the burnout level of counselor's emotional exhaustion,depersonalition and total burnout is medium.It has been found that between the perceived mobbing and the level of burnout , there is a relation between mobbing and all the subdimensions,out of depersonalition, of burnout level.
