Özet
Komşuluk kavramı 20. ve 21. yüzyılda yaşanmış olan insani krizler ve afetler dolayısıyla, çağdaş Batı felsefesinde pek çok düşünürün üzerine fikirler inşa ettiği en önemli konuların başında gelmektedir. Çağdaş Batı felsefesine bu konudaki temelini de semavi dinler oluşturmaktadır. Zira semavi dinlerde yer alan komşuluk mefhumu çağdaş Batı felsefesindeki komşuluk mefhumuna da ışık tutmaktadır. Bununla beraber, çalışmamız komşuluk mefhumunun teolojik anlamını da barındırmış olacaktır. Bunun yanı sıra ele aldığımız komşuluk kavramının felsefe zemininden sosyolojiye ve politikaya birtakım göndermelerde bulunacağını da öne sürmekteyiz. Çalışmanın amacı, son zamanda Batı toplumunun ve ülkemizin gündeminde bulunan mülteci krizi üzerinden, Batı'da bu kavramın pratik olarak nasıl ele alındığına değinmek olacaktır. Dolayısıyla, çalışmamız felsefe semavi dinlerdeki komşu kavramından yola çıkarak, çağdaş Batı felsefesinde de bu konuya en önemli katkıyı ve günümüzdeki önemini atfeden Emmanuel Levinas düşüncesini merkeze almaktadır. Levinas komşuya ötekinin önem atfetmiş ve öznenin başkasına karşı sonsuz sorumlu olduğunu öne sürmüştür. Ancak Levinas ve Derrida, Žižek gibi onun düşüncelerini yorumlayan pek çok filozof için ana soru“Komşum kim?”sorusudur. Bu nedenle de Leviasçı düşüncenin kaynağı olduğunu düşündüğümüz semavi dinlerden başladık ve Freud, Lacan ve Logstrup gibi onu çağdaşı olan düşünürlerle devam ettik. Sonuç olarak, biz Levinas'ın sonsuz sorumluluk üzerine düşüncelerini takip etmeli ve mültecilere karşı sorumluluğumuzun farkına varmaya başlamalıyız.

Due to the humanitarian crises that occurred in 20th and 21st century the concept of neighbor is one of the most important subject which has been built on many thinkers' thoughts in Contemporary Western Philosophy. Abrahamic religions underpin this subjects in Contemporary Western Philosophy. As a matter of fact, it shed light on the concept of neighborhood which takes place in Abrahamic religions. By doing so, our work will be included the theological meaning of the concept of neighborhood. Moreover, we also argue that the concept of neighborhood will include some references from philosophical basement to sociological and politics. The purpose of our work is to mention how Western societies approached this concept practically through the immigrant crises that occupies our country's and Western societies agenda recently. Thereby, based on the concept of neighbor in Abrahamic religions, our research is about thoughts of Emmanuel Levinas who contributed this concept most and who gave its importance nowadays in Contemporary Western Philosophy. Levinas attributed importance toward the other and argued that subject is infinitively responsible for other or neighbor. However,“Who is my neighbor?”is main question for Levinas and most of the philosophers who interpreted his thoughts such as Derrida, Žižek and so on. That is why begin with Abrahamic religions, which as we think the source of Levinasian thought, and continue with coetaneous thinkers such as Freud, Lacan and Logstrup. Consequently, we think that we should follow Emmanuel Levinas' thoughts on endless responsibility and commence to realize our responsibility toward refugees.
