Özet
Çalışmada, Kuzey Irak üzerine yapılan analizde işsizlik düzeyini etkileyen değişkenlerin üç kuzey Irak ilinde (Erbil , Duhok ve Süleymaniye) de etkili olup olmadığı ikincil bir veri kümesi üzerinden incelenmektedir. Bu illerin yetersiz istihdam imkânları ve bölgenin ekonomisi, seçilen Irak bölgesinde çeşitli sektörlere dayanan modern ekonomiye dayalı iyi bir ekonomi olmadığından çoğunlukla doğal kaynaklara dayanıyor ve diğerlerini desteklemiyor. Bu anlamda, söz konusu faktörler Kuzey Irak'taki işsizlik oranının yükselmesi üzerinde önemli bir etkiye sahiptir. Bu nedenle gerçekleri ve sorunlarına dayalı olarak, işsizliğin yoksulluk ve birçok sosyal ve politik sorun oluşturduğu görüşünden hareketle bölgeyi geliştirmek ve istikrarlı bir hale getirmek,bölgede daha fazla işsizlik oranının artmasını önleyebilmek ve bu oranın düşürülmesi umuduyla meselenin bilimsel bir şekilde dikkatle ele alınması giderek önem kazanmaktadır,. Bu araştırmada seçilen değişkenler (cinsiyet , akrabalık, evlilik durumu, şehir, aile sayisi ve eğitim düzeyi), 2013 yılı için örnek süresini kapsamaktadır. Sosyal bilimler istatistiksel veri paketi (SPSS) (KMO Bartlett ve faktör analizi testi) ampirik sonuçlar bulmak için uygulanmıştır. Bulgularımıza göre seçilen değişkenlerin Kuzey Irak bölgesinde işsizlik üzerinde önemli etkileri vardır.

This thesis examines whether the selected variables effect the unemployment level of the northern Iraq analysis on a secondary dataset for three provinces in the northern Iraq ( Erbil, Duhouk and sulaymani) or not? Since these provinces have insufficient employment opportunities and the economy of the region is not a good one based on modern economy which depends on various sectors while in the chosen Iraqi region it mostly depends on natural resources and not supporting the other once. In this sense, those factors that have been taken should have a critical impact on the rise of unemployment level in northern Iraqi provinces. Due to this facts and issues, the region has become increasingly important to be considered and finding the root causes of the matter in a scientific way in order to be able to prevent from further unemployment rate and in the hope of decreasing the rate and to make the region stable and develop based on the view that unemployment creates poverty and many social and political problems. The variables chosen in this paper are Gender, Relative, Marital Status, City, Number of Family and Level of Education. For the time period, the data cover the sample period 2013. Statistical package for Social Science (SPSS) (KMO Bartlett's Test and Factor Analyze) are applied to find the empirical results. According to our discoveries the selected factors have significant impacts on the unemployment level in the Iraqi region.
