Özet
Ill ÖZET Bu araştırmada; bir oturuınluk bireysel psikolojik danışmanın, kürtaj olan kadınların durumluk kaygı düzeyine etkisi incelenmiştir. Ayrıca, bir veya daha fazla kürtaj olma, yaş.., eğitim, kürtaj'a istek 11 olup olmama gibi bazı özlük niteliklerin, kürtaj olan kadınların kaygı düzeylerini nasıl etkilediğine bakılmıştır. Araştırmanın bağımlı değişkeni olan, durumluk kaygı düzeyi Spielberger'in Amerikan genç ve yetişkinleri üzerinde geliştirdiği (1970), Le Corapte ve Öner'in Türkiye'ye uyarlamasını yaptığı (1977) kendini değerlendirme envanteri (STAJ. FORMU TX-2) ile ölçülmüştür. Araştırmanın denekleri, Ankara Dr. Zekai Tahir Burak Kadın Hastanesi Nüfus Planlaması Kliniğine başvuran hamile kadınlardan oluşmuştur. Kliniğe başvuran hamile kadınlardan 50 deney, 50 kontrol grubuna olmak üzere toplam 100 kişi seçilmiştir. Daha sonra secilen kadınlar yukarda bahsedilen özlük nitelikleri bakımından eşleştirildikten sonra, deney grubundakilere, kürtaj 'dafthemen önce 1 oturumluk bireysel psikolojik danışma uygulanmış ve arkasından durumluk kaygı envanteri verilmiştir. Kontrol grubundakilere ise bireysel psikolojik danışma uygulanmadan durumluk kaygı envanteri verilmiş ve bu iki grubun, ortalama kaygı puanları karsılaştirilmiştır. Ayrıca bir veya birden fazla kürtaj olmanın, yaşın.;, eğitimin kürtaj'a istekli olup olmamanın kaygı puanlarını nasıl etkilediği ne bakılmıştır.VI cation and desire fos- pregnanay termination on the anxiety scores were evaluated. Ao cording to the result of this study, anxiety scores of experimental group was found significantly lower than the oontrol group without reaeiving individual counseling (P<.05) (ts5.29). The anxiety so ores of "both experimental aontrol groups of the wo men with only one pregnancy termination was found significantly much higher than the women who have more than one pregnancy (P(.5) (t=2.33). It had seen that anxiety scores wasn't influenced by the age and education from the other anxiety scores.

V SUMMARY In this study, the effect of individual counselling on. the anxiety level, of the women who had legal pregnancy termination was evaluated. Furthermore, how some oertain conditions, suoh as having more than one pregnancy termination influence the anxiety levels of the women subjected to legal pregnanoy termination was investi gated. The dependent variable of this study the state anxiety le vel <<jjfas measured according to -the personel evaluation questionnai re (STAI FORM - 2 ) whiah was developed by Spielberger for American youngest ers and adults (1970) and translated into Turkish by le Comp- te and Öner (1977). The population of the study, aonsists of the pregnant women applied to the Family Planning Clinio of the Z.T.B. Women» s Hospital. A total number of 100 pregnant women, 50 as experimental group, 50 as control group, were inaluded in the study and grouped aaoording to the special conditions stated above. A personel psychological counselling of one session and sub sequent state anxiety questionnaire was performed to the experiment group. On the other hand, the state anxiety questionnaire is given to the control group without receiving individual counselling, and the mean anxiety soores of both groups were compared» Additionally, the effects of having more than one pregnancy termination, a^e, edu-VI cation and desire fos- pregnanay termination on the anxiety scores were evaluated.
