Özet
Bir çalışma kapsamı içinde ele alman araştırmanın konusu, giydirme cephe konstriksiyonun yapımı ve kullanılan elemanların araştırılmasıdır. Öncelikle Giydirme Cephenin mimaride kullanıma girmesi ele alınmıştır. Giydirme Cephe oluşturan elemanlar incelenmiş, Cam Giydirme ve Alüminyum Giydirme Cephe Sistemleri irdelenmiş, gözönünde bulundurulması gereken kriterler saptanıp, araştırılmıştır. Bir somaki bölümde Giydirme Cephe malzemelerinin sisteme entegrasyonu incelenmiştir. Derz sorunları, iklim koşullarına göre yapı fiziği sorunları incelenmiştir. Son bölümde ise; Giydirme Cephe Sisteminin Türkiye'deki uygulaması incelenerek bu sistemde karşılaşılan sorunlar irdelenmiştir.

The subject of this study is the construction of the curtain wall and the analysis of the elements used. Primarily, the use of the curtain wall in the histoiy ofarchitecture is studied. The elements forming the curtain wall and glass cladding systems and Alüminyum cladding systems are analysed together with the criteria that need to be studied. Secondly, the integration of the curtain wall elements to the system is researched. Proplems of the joints and problems of physical construction due to climate conditions are analysed. Finally, in the last section; the implementation of curtain wall in Turkey is studied and the problems faced are explained.
