Özet
Çalışmamızın amacı, hemiparetik Serebral Palsili çocuklarda ayna tedavisini klasik fizyoterapi yöntemleriyle karşılaştırmak ve tedaviye etkisini belirlemektir. Çalışmaya 30 hemiperatik Serebral Palsi tanılı 6-15 yaş arasındaki çocuklar dahil edilmiştir. Demografik ve tanımlayıcı verilerin yanı sıra çocukların tedavi öncesi ve sonrası üst ekstremite kas gücü, kavrama kuvveti, iki nokta diskriminasyonu, parmak tanıma, omuz, dirsek el bileğinde pasif hareket hissi değerlendirilmiştir. Çocukların günlük yaşam aktivitelerini değerlendirmek için WeeFIM, üst ekstremite fonksiyonelliği için Jebsen-Taylor El Fonksiyon testi uygulanmıştır. Çocuklar randomize olarak iki gruba ayrılmıştır. Gruplardan birine ayna tedavisi uygulanırken diğer gruba geleneksel fizyoterapi ve rehabilitasyon programı uygulanmıştır. Tüm çocuklar 6 hafta boyunca 12 seanslık tedaviyi tamamlamıştır. İki grup karşılaştırıldığında tedavi öncesi benzerlik gösteren pronasyon ve supinasyon eklem hareket açıklığında, Jebsen-Taylor El Fonksiyon testinin dolu kutuları hareket ettirme alt testinde anlamlı fark bulunuştur. (p<0.05) Ayna tedavisinin rehabilitasyon amaçlı kullanılması hemiparetik SP'li çocukların el fonksiyon becerilerini geliştirmiştir. Ayna tedavisi geleneksel fizyoterapiye alternatif olarak kullanılabilecek farklı bir tedavi yöntimi olarak benimsenebilir.

The aim of our study is to compare mirror therapy with hemiplegic cerebral palsy children with classical physiotherapy methods and determine the treatment effect. Children aged 6-15 years with 30 hemiplegic cerebral palsy were included in the study. In addition to demographic and descriptive data, children's upper and lower extremity muscle strength, grip strength, two-point discrimination, finger recognition, shoulder, passive motion sensation in the elbow were evaluated. WeeFIM was used to assess children's activities of daily living, and Jebsen-Taylor Hand Function test was used for upper extremity functioning. The children are randomly divided into two groups. When one of the groups was treated with mirror treatment, the other group was subjected to traditional physiotherapy and rehabilitation program. All children completed 12 sessions of treatment for 6 weeks. When the two groups were compared, there was a significant difference in pronation and supine joint range of motion similar to pre-treatment, and in Jebsen-Taylor El Function test sub-test of moving full boxes. (P <0.05) The use of mirror therapy for rehabilitation improved the hand function of children with hemiparetic SP. Mirror therapy can be adopted as a different treatment management that can be used as an alternative to traditional physiotherapy.
