Özet
Ürün ömürlerinin hızla kısaldığı dünyamızda tasarım, üretim ve pazarlamanın iç içe çalışma zorunluluğu gün geçtikçe daha çok önem taranmaktadır. Başarılı firmaların hedefi daha kaliteli, daha hızlı, daha çok çeşit ve daha ucuz üretimdir. Bu hedeflerin gerçekleşebilmesi için dokuma kumaş üretiminde optimizasyona gidilmesi zorunludur. Bunun için, birim zamanda üretilen kumasın maliyetini belirleyen sabit ve değişken giderlerle bu üretimi gerçekleştiren üretim parametreleri arasındaki dengenin kurulması gerekir. Çalışmada, maliyeti belirleyen hammadde, işçilik ve genel imalat giderleri ve bu -faktörlerin verimlilik üzerine etkilen ele alınmıştır. İstenen kalitedeki bir- dokuma kumaşın üretilebilmesi için geçtiği aşamalar anlatılmıştır. Hedef olarak seçilen bir pamuklu dokuma fabrikasında üretilen kumaşlardan 2 örnek kumaş seçilerek üretim parametrelerinin değişmesi durumunda maliyeti ne oranda etkilediği hesaplanmıştır. Buna göre dokuma kumaş maliyeti ıtrinde er büyük payı hammadde almaktadır. Daha sonra genel isletme giderleri gelmektedir. İşletme kapasitesi artırılıp entegre tesise doğru gidildikçe toplam maliyet içindeki genel isletme giderlerinin oranı azalmaktadır. Karlılığı en üst düzeyde tutabilmenin şartı kalitenin bozulmadan maliyetlerin en aza indirilmesidir.

1 1 ABSTRACT The necessity for cooperation of designing, producing and marketing is increasingly gaining importance in today's technological world where the product life is getting shorter. The most successful companies are aiming for even better quality, faster production, wider flexibility and lower cost. In order to meet these aims, the optimization of weaving process is essential. Therefore a balance should be set between the constant and varied expenses and the fabric parameters. In this study, raw material, labour and general production expenditure which all are the factors affecting the cost, are examined. The production stages to produce a given quality of fabric are discussed In a model cotton weaving mill, haw the variation of production parameters influences on fabric cost, is calculated for the two samples. It is found that the cost of raw material has the highest proportion in woven fabric cost. General expenses hold the second highest proportion. The rate of general factory expenses in the total cast, is reduced as the integration of the factory is enlarged. The minimization of cost without sacrificing the quality is the condition for getting the maximum prof i tab i i ity.
