Özet
Bu çalışmada Teke Böcekleri (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae) familyasına ait Ankara ili ve çevresinde çeşitli lokalitelerden 2008-2010 yıllarında Mart-Eylül ayları arasında toplanmış toplam 441 örnek taksonomik ve sitogenetik olarak incelenmiştir. Yapılan teşhis işlemleri sonucu bu örneklerin 3 alt familyanın 25 cinsine ait 45 tür olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra 33 türe ait erkek genital resmi ve 9 türe ait sitogenetik bulgular da çalışmada yer almıştır. 6 tür [Vadonia moesiaca (Daniel ve Daniel, 1891), Stictoleptura fulva (DeGeer, 1775), Stictoleptura rufa (Brullé, 1832), Pedostrangalia (Neosphenalia) emmipoda (Mulsant, 1863), Coptosia bithynensis (Ganglbauer, 1884) ve Phytoecia (Pilemia) hirsutula (Frölich, 1793)] Ankara İli için yeni kayıt niteliğindedir. 2 tür [Glaphyra kiesenwetteri (Mulsant ve Rey, 1861) ve Phytoecia (s.str.) coerulea (Scopoli, 1772)] Çankırı İli için, yine iki tür [Callimus angulatus (Schrank, 1789) ve Phytoecia (s.str.) virgula (Charpentier, 1825)] ise Çorum İli için yeni kayıt niteliğindedir. Bir tür [Morimus orientalis Reitter, 1894] Bolu İli için, yine bir tür [Certallum ebulinum (Linnaeus, 1767)] ise Kırşehir İli için yeni kayıt niteliğindedir.Yapılan çalışmalar sonucu Cerambycidae familyasına ait Lepturinae altfamilyasından 2 tür [Vadonia unipunctata (2n = 20) ve Pachytodes erraticus(2n = 18)], Cerabycinae altfamilyasından 2 tür [Purpuricenus budensis ve Certallum ebulinum (2n = 22)] ve Lamiinae alt familyasından 5 tür [Morimus orientalis (n = 11+Xyp - 2n = 24) , Dorcadion anatolicum (n = 11+Xyp - 2n = 24), Dorcadion scabricolle (2n = 20), Oxylia argentata (n = 9 + Xyp) ve Agapanthia lateralis (n = 9+Xyp - 2n = 20)] olmak üzere toplam 9 türde metafaz plakları gözlemlenmiştir.

In this study, 441 specimens of Long-Horned Beetles (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae) were collected from Ankara province and near on Marc-September in 2008-2010 and were examined taxonomically and cytogenetically. After identification they were determined as 45 species of 25 genera belonging to 3 subfamilies. Photos of male genitalia of 33 species and cytogenetic identifications of 9 species are given in the text. 6 species as Vadonia moesiaca (Daniel and Daniel, 1891), Stictoleptura fulva (DeGeer, 1775), Stictoleptura rufa (Brullé, 1832), Pedostrangalia (Neosphenalia) emmipoda (Mulsant, 1863), Coptosia bithynensis (Ganglbauer, 1884) and Phytoecia (Pilemia) hirsutula (Frölich, 1793) are recorded for the first time for Ankara province. 2 species as Glaphyra kiesenwetteri (Mulsant and Rey, 1861) and Phytoecia (s.str.) coerulea (Scopoli, 1772) are recorded for the first time for Çankırı province, and 2 species as [Callimus angulatus (Schrank, 1789) and Phytoecia (s.str.) virgula (Charpentier, 1825) are new records for Çorum province. 1 species [Morimus orientalis Reitter, 1894 is new records for Bolu province and 1 species as Certallum ebulinum (Linnaeus, 1767) is new record for Kırşehir province.As a result of the study, metaphase plaques were observed in 9 species [2 species of subfamily Lepturinae as Vadonia unipunctata (2n = 20) and Pachytodes erraticus(2n = 18), 2 species of subfamily Cerambycinae as Purpuricenus budensis and Certallum ebulinum (2n = 22) and 5 species of subfamily Lamiinae as Morimus orientalis (n = 11+Xyp - 2n = 24) , Dorcadion anatolicum (n = 11+Xyp - 2n = 24), Dorcadion scabricolle (2n = 20), Oxylia argentata (n = 9 + Xyp) and Agapanthia lateralis (n = 9+Xyp - 2n = 20)].
