Özet
Bu çalışma, Gaziantep il merkezindeki ilkokullar ve ortaokullarda görev yapan yönetici ve öğretmenlerin okul verimliliğini etkileyen faktörler ile ilgili görüşlerini almak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma 2014-2015 eğitim-öğretim yılı 1. döneminde Gaziantep ili merkez sınırları içinde yer alan toplam 35 ilkokul ve ortaokulda görev yapan 529 yönetici ve öğretmene uygulanmıştır. Örneklemin belirlenmesinde tabakalı örneklem kullanılmıştır. Araştırma tarama modeli kullanılarak, 5'li Likert türü şeklinde hazırlanmış ''İlkokullar ve Ortaokullarda Görev Yapan Yönetici ve Öğretmenlerin Okul Verimliliğini Etkileyen Faktörlerle İlgili Görüşleri'' adlı anket uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde, frekans, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma, ikili grup karşılaştırmalarında ''T-Testi'', ikiden fazla grup karşılaştırmalarında ''ANOVA'' istatistik tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre; Gaziantep ilinde ''Okul Verimliliğini Etkileyen Faktörler'' ilgili boyutlarda maddeler analizinde en yüksek ortalama ''öğretmen'' boyutunda en düşük ortalamalar ise; ''program'', ''fiziki ortam ve kaynaklar'' boyutlarıdır. Cinsiyet değişkenine göre; kadınların erkeklere göre ''yönetici'', ''okul kültürü'' ve ''veli'' boyutunda farklılaştığını söyleyebiliriz. Birden fazla değişkene bağlı olarak ''görev'', ''eğitim durumu'', ''meslekteki hizmet süresi'' ve ''yöneticilikte hizmet süresi'' değişkenine göre anlamlı farklılık görülmektedir. Ancak ''yaş'' değişkeninde hiçbir boyutta anlamlı farklılık görülmemektedir.

This study is done to get the estimates about the factors which affect the school efficiency of the administrators and the teachers working in the primary and secondary schools located on the borders of Gaziantep city center. The survey is carried out totally with 529 school managers and teachers in the first semester of 2014-2015 academic year. Stratified sampling is used to determine the sample. While using the research survey model, the form of five-point Likert type is arranged. The survey named“Estimates about the factors affecting the school efficiency of the managers and teachers working in the primary and secondary schools”is conducted. In the analysis of the data; frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, for the comparison of two groups;“ T-Test”and for the comparison of more than two groups;“ ANOVA”statistical techniques are used. According to the research findings, in the province of Gaziantep; analysis of the surveys shows that“teacher”has the highest average, among the variables related to“ the factors affecting the school efficiency”and the lowest averages belong to;“the program”,“physical environments”and“sources”. In relation to the gender factor, when compared to men, we can say that women differ in terms of“administration”,“school culture”and“parentage”. Regarding more than one variables, there aren't any significant difference in terms of“the task”,“educational status”,“the length of the service in the profession”and“the length of the service in the management”.
