Özet
Bu çalışmada, Hanefiler tarafından bir prensip haline getirilen; ma'ruf sünnete aykırılık gerekçesiyle haber-i vahid ile amel edilmemesi anlayışını ele almaya çalıştık. Bu çerçevede tez çalışması giriş, iki bölüm ve sonuçtan oluştu. Giriş bölümünde tezin konusu, amacı, önemi, yöntemi ve kaynakları belirtilip, konu ile ilgili literatür değerlendirmesi yapıldı. Birinci bölümde, Hanefilerin haber teorisi anlayışı, bu bağlamda haber-i vahid ve ma'ruf sünnet kavramları ele alındı. Hanefiler, ma'ruf sünnete aykırı olan haber-i vahid ile amel etmeme prensibini, oluşturdukları manevî inkıtâ kavramıyla ele almışlardır. Bu nedenle konunun daha iyi kavranması için Hanefilerin manevî inkıtâ anlayışları ve bu bağlamda manevî inkıtânın mahiyeti ve manevî inkıtâya sebep olan durumlar ele alındı. İkinci bölümde, haber-i vahidin ma'ruf sünnete aykırılık gerekçesiyle amel edilmemesi prensibinin teorik gerekçe ve dayanakları ile furûa nasıl yansıdığı ve bu bağlamda, ma'ruf sünnete aykırı olduğu gerekçesiyle amel edilmeyen haber-i vahidler ve Hanefi alimlerinin bu konudaki izahları ele alındı.Sonuç bölümünde ise ulaşılan sonuçlar özetlenerek ifade edildi.

In this study, we try to investigate the perception that refuses to act with respect to haber-i vahid due to its opposition to ma'rouf sunnah, which is taken as a principle by Hanafites. In this context, the thesis study is composed of the introdustion, two bodies and the conclusion. In the introduction part, the relevant literature of the thesis was evaluated in addition to its topic, purpose, sources and methods and importance. In part one, the Hanafite's perception of reporting theory was discussed apart from haber-i vahid and sunnah terms. The Hanafites consider the principle of refusing to act with respect to haber-i vahid which is aganist ma'rouf sunnah together with the term of moral interuption, which is formed by themselves. For this reason, the perception of the Hanafites' moral interuption, the nature and the grounds of the moral interuption were put into consideration to make the subject more understandable. In part two, how the principle of refusing to act with respect to haber-i vahid due to its opposition to ma'rouf sunnah affects the descendent considering the theoretical bases and foundations are examined in detail in addition to the explanations of the Hanafite scholars about the haber-i vahids which are not accepted as they are in opposition to the ma'rouf sunnah.In the coclusion part of the thesis, the results and findings acquired during our studies are presented briefly.
