ABSTRACT In the process of increasing a country's export volume, tt is important that the ex porter be insured against risks by the country's financial system but a country's financial system should also provide and create long - term and cheap funds for the export business. The latter point plays a determinant role for the exporters of any country in compet ing against other foreing exporters. As is known price, quality and the prompt delivery of the goods are the three classical governing factors for competetion in the international markets. If the exporting countries are all equel to each other on the above mentioned points. It is, then, the exporting countries financing package it offered that will shape the impoter's decision. * In this study Various sources of financing are worked out and the study İs posed of three main parts. In the first part the definitions of export financing techiques are given and new tech niques practies in our country and in the world are mentioned. In the second part ; the structure of export financing in Turkey as well as Turkish Eximbank's practices among these practices. It's system of export credit InstiaraHce arid guaranty are studied In the third section the problems concerning“ Export Financing ”are discussed and a final insight in to the matter is given as to the Turkey's points of view. In the end a final comment regarding the possible solutions to the problems already mentioned in previous parts is made.
