Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışma Özbekistan Cumhuriyeti'nin Semerkant Şehrindeki Özbek-Türk Erkek Lisesi'nde 1993-94 öğretim yılında uygulanan seçme sınavının geçerlik ve güvenilirliğini saptamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın alt problemlerine cevap bulabilmek için lisede 1993-94 öğretim yılı seçme sınavında uygulanan test ve alt testlerin iç tutarlık anlamındaki güvenirlikleri; öğrencilerin lisedeki başarıları yazılı ve sözlü notlarla ifade edildiği için, onların liseye girişte aldıkları puanlarıyla lise birinci sınıf programlarında yer alan ilgili derslerdeki birinci dönem sonu başarıları arasındaki ilişkiler, dönem sonu yazılı, dönem sonu sözlü ve bu notların ortalaması olan dönem sonu ders başarı notlan yönünden incelenmiştir. Güvenirlik çalışmaları için 1993 yılında seçme sınavına giren 336 öğrencinin optik formlarının incelenmesi sonucunda elde edilen veriler; geçerlik çalışmalarında ise 1993 yılında lise seçme sınavını kazanan 59 öğrenciden elde edilen veriler kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada KR-21 formülü, Pearson Momentler Çarpımı korelasyon tekniği,“t”testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre; lise seçme sınavındaki test güvenirliği 0.88 olarak bulunmuştur. Matematik alt testi için güvenirlik katsayısı 0.76, Fizik alt testi için 0.21, Kimya alt testi için 0.37, Biyoloji alt testi için 0.63 ve Coğrafya alt testi için de 0.71 olarak bulunmuştur. Fizik ve Kimya alt testlerin iç tutarlık derecesi diğer alt testlere göre daha düşük, Matematik, Biyoloji ve Coğrafya alt testlerininki ise yüksektir. Öğrencilerin lise seçme sınavında uygulanan testin Matematik alt testinden aldıkları puanlar ile lise birinci sınıfında okutulmakta olan Matematik dersindeki birinci dönem sonu yazılı ve dönem11 sonu basan notları arasındaki ilişki manidar bulunurken, dönem sonu sözlü notları arasındaki ilişki manidar bulunmamıştır. Öğrencilerin lise seçme sınavında uygulanan testlerin Fizik, Kimya ve Biyoloji alt testlerinden aldıkları puanlan ile lise birinci sınıfta okutulmakta olan ilgili derslerdeki birinci dönem sonu yazılı, dönem sonu sözlü ve dönem sonu basan notlan arasında manidar bir ilişki bulunmamıştır.

Ill SUMMARY This research aims to estimate the reliability and validity of the Samarkand Uzbek-Turk Boys High School's entrance examination which was held in 1993-94 school year. Trying to find out answers to the problems of this research it was made studies under the reliabilities of the test and sub tests, which were applied during the entrance examination, because of students High School achievement is expressed by the written and oral scores, the relation between students entrance examination scores and their High School achievement on the related subjects was studied separately for the written grades, oral grades and supposing them equivalent for their averages. The reliability of tests were studied on 336 students who took an entrance examination. The validity of tests were studied on 59 students who have passed an exam in 1993. In this research Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient, KR-21 and“t”test were used. As a result : The reliability of the test, which was applied during the entrance examination was found out as 0.88. The reliability coefficient of Mathematics sub test was found out as 0.76, the reliability coefficient of Physics sub test was found out as 0.21, the reliability coefficient of Chemistry sub test was found out as 0.37, the reliability coefficient of Biology sub test was found out as 0.63 and the reliability coefficient of Geography sub test was found out as 0.71. The validity degree of the Physics and Chemistry sub tests were considered low, and the validity degree of Mathematics, Biology and Geography sub tests were considered high. The correlation coefficient between the scores which students gain at Mathematics sub test and students first semester writtenIV and general achievement grades on Mathematics was found out significant. The correlation coefficient between the scores which students gain at Mathematics sub test and students first semester oral grades on Mathematics was found out not significant. The correlation coefficients between the scores which students gain at Physics, Chemistry and Biology sub-tests and students first semester written, oral and general achievement grades on these subjects were found out not significant.
