Özet
Bu tezin amacı, hak ve adalet kavramını, Wilhelm Friedrich Nietzsche özelinde incelemektir. Bu amaçla, hak ve adalet kavramları ve genel tarihsel durum kısaca özetlenerek, adaletin doğal ve pozitif hukuk içerisindeki yerine değinilip; hak ve adaletin ne olup olmadığı ile ilgili düşüncelere yer verilmiştir. Nietzsche'de hak ve adalet konusu, öncelikle Nietzsche'nin kendi eserlerinde ortaya koyduğu fikirler göz önüne alınarak, Türkçe ve İngilizce çevirilerine karşılaştırılmalı olarak bakılarak incelenmiştir. Konunun aydınlatılması için Nietzsche üzerine yapılan çalışmalar da gözden geçirilmiştir. Çalışmamızın sonucunda, Nietzsche'nin eserlerinde hak-haksızlık, adalet- adaletsizlik, eşitlik-eşitsizlik şeklindeki kavram değinilerinin, insanları diyalektik düşünmeye yöneltecek tarzda olduğu ortaya konmuştur. Nietzsche, gerek bu kavramlar özelinde gerekse tüm fikirleri itibariyle olumlu-olumsuz anlamda, kendinden sonraki birçok kişi ve akımı etkilemiştir.

The aim of this thesis is to examine the concepts of rights and justice from the perspective of Wilhelm Friedrich Nietzsche. For that purpose, by summarizing the consepts of rights and justice and the general historical state of these terms, the position of justice in natural and positive law was referred and the thoughts were included about whether what is truth and is not were discussed. The subject of rights and justice with respect to Nietzsche, primarily considering the ideas based on his works was investigated by studying them from both the English sources and the Turkish translations comparatively. So as to illuminate subject, the studies on Nietzsche were reviewed. As a result of our study, it is concluded that in Nietzsche's Works, the references to the notions such as right-wrong, justice-injustice, equality-inequality were in the way to direct people to the dialectical thinking. Through both these concepts and all his thoughts, Nietzsche has an effect on a lot of people and trends after his time in positive or negative sense.
