Enough information about İbrâhîm Bag's Ufa, firstly introduced to the world of science by us, didn't exist in written works. According to our estimations he lived in the second half of the fifteen century, probably in the reign of Fatih Sultan Mehmet. His name and work has been mentioned merely in Tuhfe-i Nailî, one of Biographies, stated that he was Mevlevî.That there were 12 stories from Mavlânâ in his Dîvân and dlstichs praised Mevlânâ confirmed this idea. It is understood that he was devofed to Mevlânâ although there wasn't any note about his state of being a Mevlevî in his Dîvân. It is understood from his disüens that he was affected, by Yûnus Emre, Gülşehrî and Âşık Paşa lived in 13th century and Şeyhî and Mevlid poets Ahmed lived in 15th century. Existing work in his Dîvân. There are 17 Mesnevî, 2 Kasîdes, 3 Tercî'-i Bends, 78 Gazels, 4 Kıt'a, 2 Nazm and 10 Turkish Rubâî,5 Farisî Rubâî in his Dîvân. Totals is 3102 distichs. The tongue he used in Mesnevî is pure, freedom from anxiety of art and the public Turkish language spoken with non- used words. Wiİbrahim Beg, we announced his name and introduced his Dîvân to the world of science will have helped studies between 13th and 15th centuries. I believe that he will have utilized studies on“Old Anatolian Turkish Language”and“Historical Turkish Dictionary”which has been prepared.
