Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, nöbetçi öğretmenlik uygulamasına ilişkin öğretmen ve okul yöneticilerinin görüşlerini belirlemektir. Öğretmen ve okul yöneticilerinin nöbetçi öğretmenlik uygulamasına ilişkin görüşleri anket yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, Konya ili Karatay, Meram ve Selçuklu ilçelerinde görev yapmakta olan okul müdürleri ve öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır.Verilerin toplanması, birincil veri kaynaklarından ve öğretmen örneklemini teşkil eden okullara gidilerek, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen anketin okul yöneticilerine ve öğretmelere uygulanması ile elde edilmiştir. Veri setinin normallik testi için Kolmogorov-Simirnov testi yapılmıştır. Test sonucu verilerinin anlamlılık değeri 0,000 olarak elde edilmiştir. Veri seti normal dağılıma uygunluk göstermediği için, parametrik olmayan hipotez testlerinden, Mann-Whitney U testi ve Kruskal Wallis H testi uygulanmıştır. Bu verilerin analizleri SPSS 21.00 paket programı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Görüşler arasındaki farkı belirlemek için P<.05 anlamlılık düzeyine bakılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda, öğretmen ve yöneticilerin; nöbet görevi için ek ders ücreti verilmesini, nöbet görevinde öğretmen sorumluluklarını ve yapması gereken görevleri okul düzeyleri göz önünde bulundurularak nöbet görevinin kapsamının açık bir biçimde tanımlanmasını, nöbet görevi ile ilgili üniversitelerde eğitim verilmesini, öğretmenlerin adaylık süreçlerinde nöbet ile ilgili eğitim almasını, okul yönetiminin nöbetçi öğretmeni kaygıya düşüren güvenlik önlemlerini almasını, öğretmene kaygı yaratmayacak bir ortam sunulmasını ve nöbet gününde yaşanan olumsuz durumlardan dolayı adli ve idari soruşturmaya maruz kalmamaları konusunda önlemler alınmasını istedikleri tespit edilmiştir.

The aim of this study is to determine the opinions of teachers and school administrators regarding the hall monitoring practice. Opinions of teachers and school managers which related to hall monitoring were collected by questionnaire method. The target population of this study is consisted of teachers and school managers who are working in Karatay, Meram and Selçuklu districts of Konya province. Datum are gathered from first hand data sources and a questionnaire which is created by investigator for this study. The answers of participants of the questionnaire have been used as datum. For test of normality Kolmogorov-Simirnov's Test is practiced. The significance level of datum's result is found as 0,000. For data set isn't suitable with normal distribution, Mann-Whitney U Test and Kruskal Wallis H Test which are nonparametric hypothesis tests are practiced. These datum's analysis is done by using SPSS 21.00 packaged software. To determine the difference between opinions P<0.5 significance level is considered. Following findings have been reached as the result of statistical analysis. 1.Teachers and school managers want to have extra fees for hall monitoring practice 2.Teachers want to know their responsibility and duties for hall monitoring practice which they must do for different levels of schools. 3.They want to know the scope of their duties explicitly. 4.They suggest that universities should give education about hall monitoring practice. 5.They think, in the process of candidacy, candidate teachers should take education. 6.Security measures should be taken by school management. 7.They think that an atmosphere which they have no apprehension should be provided by school management. 8.Not to be exposed judicial and administrative investigation, they think that some precaution should be taken.
