Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı, eğitim felsefesi bağlamında öğretmen ve veli görüşlerine göre ilkokuma yazma öğretiminde karşılaşılan problemlerin değerlendirilmesi ve bu problemlerin ortaya çıkarılmasıdır.Araştırmaya, Kırıkkale Atatürk İlköğretim Okulu, Yahşihan ilçesindeki tüm ilköğretim okulları ve öğrenci velileri katılmıştır. Araştırmada alt problemlere cevap bulmak amacıyla tarama tekniği uygulanmış ve tarama anket formu oluşturulmuştur. Gerekli literatür taraması yapıldıktan sonra öğretmenlere 28'er, velilere 18'er adet soru sorulmuştur. Daha sonra Kırıkkale Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi'ndeki alan bilgisine sahip öğretim üyeleri ve öğretim görevlileri; ilköğretim okullarından da alanında uzman sınıf öğretmenleri ile görüşülerek gerekli düzeltmeler yapılmıştır.

The aim of this work is to evaluate the problems that teachers working on reading and writing education with first year students who are taught with Sound Based Sentence Method under New Primary Education Program in terms of education philosophy and parents of the first year students are facing, and to make these problems known.Atatürk Primary School that is situated at the heart of Kırıkkale downtown, all the primary schools located in Yahşihan province, and the parents children of whom are attending the mentioned schools have engaged in this research. In order to find answers for the subtopics in the research, survey method has been applied and survey questionnaire has been created. After completion of the necessary literature review, 28 questions to teachers and 18 questions to the parents have been asked. Then, consulting two staff members and two academicians of Kırıkkale University Education Faculty and two class teachers from primary schools who have the expertise; the necessary corrections have been made.
