Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, entelektüel sermaye, alt bileşenleri ve bu bileşenlerin karşılıklı etkileşimi ile birlikte bu etkileşimin nicel ve nitel performansa etkisi ölçülmesidir. Bu kapsamda; entelektüel sermayenin ana faktörlerini belirleyen alt unsurları ve bu faktör ve unsurların firmanın nicel ve nitel performanslarına etkilerini bir bütün halinde görebilmek için bir entelektüel sermaye modeli geliştirilmiştir. Bu modelin analizi için oluşturulan anket Ticaret ve Sanayi Odalarına üye 1050 firma sahibi ve yöneticisine uygulanmıştır. Toplanan tüm verilerin geçerlilik ve güvenirlik analizleri yapılmıştır. Tüm faktörlerin nicel ve nitel performans arasındaki ilişkiler, AMOS yapısal eşitlik modeli kullanılarak test edilmiştir. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre; araştırma modeli güvenilir, geçerli ve kullanılabilir bir modeldir. Şirket performansına en fazla katkıyı ilişkisel sermaye sağlamaktadır. İlişki sermayesi ise yapısal sermaye ve insan sermayesi oluştuktan sonra ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu model aracılığı ile entelektüel sermaye boyutlarının entelektüel sermayeyi tanımlama düzeyi ve performans üzerindeki etkisi ağırlıkları ile birlikte görülebilmektedir. Bu model kullanılarak şirketlere entelektüel sermaye yönetimi politika ve stratejileri önerilebilir. Buna göre öncelikle yapısal sermaye ve insan sermayesi unsurlarına yatırım yapılmalı ve buradan ilişkisel sermayenin geliştirilmesi yoluna gidilmelidir.

The aim of this study is to measure intellectual capital, subcomponents and the interaction of these components and the effect of this interaction on quantitative and qualitative performance. In this context, an intellectual capital model has developed in order to see the sub-components determining main factors of intellectual capital and the effects of these factors and elements on quantitative and qualitative performance of the firm as a whole. The questionnaire created for the analysis of this model were conducted to 1050 owners and managers of the company who are members of the Chamber of Commerce. Validity and reliability analyzes of all data were performed. The relationship between qualitative and quantitative performance of all the factors were tested using Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS. According to the study results, research model is a reliable, valid and available model. Relational capital provides maximum contribution to company performance. The relationship capital arises after structural capital and human capital occurs. That the dimensions of intellectual capital define the level of intellectual capital and that affect the performance can be seen with their weight via this model. Policies and strategies for the management of intellectual capital can be suggested to the businesses using this model. According to this, firstly factors of human capital and structural capital should be invested in and from hence development of relational capital should be gone.
