Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı; Polis Akademisi öğrencilerinin bazı fiziksel ve antropometrik özelikleri ile esneklik, sürat, dayanıklılık, sıçrama, kuvvet ve vücut yağ yüzdelerinin araştırılmasıdır. Çalışmaya 18-24 yaş grubundaki Polis Akademisi öğrencilerinden 351 spor yapan (41 kız, 310 erkek), 257 spor yapmayan (73 kız, 184 erkek) olmak üzere toplam 608 öğrenci gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Çalışmada öğrencilerin fiziksel, antropometrik ve motor özellikleri ile vücut yağ yüzdelerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla öğrencilere vücut ağırlığı, uzunluk ölçümleri, genişlik ölçümleri, çevre ölçümleri, deri altı yağ oranları, uzan eriş testi, 20 metre sürat testi, 20 metre mekik koşu testi, uzun atlama, dikey sıçrama ve sağ-sol el kavrama kuvveti testleri uygulandı. İstatistiksel analizler için SPSS istatistik programı, yöntem olarak cinsiyet, spora katılım durumu, spor dalına (18 branş) ve spor grubuna (takım, bireysel, mücadele ve raket) bağlı olarak α=0.05 anlamlılık düzeyinde Independent Samples T Test, One-Way Anova ve Tukey HSD uygulandı. Test sonuçları, cinsiyete bağlı olarak uzunluk, genişlik, çevre, vücut yağ yüzdesi, esneklik, sürat, dayanıklılık, sıçrama ve kuvvet ölçüm değerlerinde farkın anlamlı (P<0.05) olduğunu, spora katılım durumuna bağlı olarak uzunluk, genişlik, çevre, vücut yağ yüzdesi, esneklik, sürat, dayanıklılık, sıçrama ve kuvvet ölçüm değerlerinde farkın anlamlı (P<0.05) olduğunu, spor dalına bağlı olarak uzunluk, genişlik, vücut yağ yüzdesi, esneklik, sürat, dayanıklılık, sıçrama ve kuvvet ölçüm değerlerinde farkın anlamlı olduğunu (P<0.05), çevre ölçüm değerlerinde farkın önemsiz (P>0.05) olduğunu, spor grubuna bağlı olarak vücut yağ yüzdesi, esneklik, sıçrama ve kuvvet ölçüm değerlerinde farkın anlamlı olduğunu (P<0.05), uzunluk, genişlik, çevre, sürat ve dayanıklılık ölçüm değerlerinde farkın önemsiz (P>0.05) olduğunu gösterdi.

The aim of this study; the Police Academy students, and some physical and anthropometric characteristics of flexibility, speed, endurance, bounce, force, and the percentage of body fat is to investigate. To work in the age group 18-24, a student of the Police Academy and 351 of sports (41 girl, 310 male), 257 non-sports (73 girl, 184 male), a total of 608 students participate as a volunteer. Work of the students in the physical, and anthropometric characteristics of the powertrain with a body fat percentage of students for the purpose of determining the weight of the body, to measure the length, width measurements, environmental measurements, the rate of fat under the skin, lay of access to testing, a 20 m. speed test, a 20 m. shuttle test running, long jump, vertical jump and right-to-left hand grip strength tests were performed. Statistical analyzes were performed using SPSS statistical software, as a method of gender, participation in sports status, sports branches (18 branches) and sports group (team, individual, struggle and paddle), depending on α = 0.05 significance level Independent Samples T Test, One-Way Anova and Tukey HSD was applied.. Test results, gender, depending on the length, width, environment, body fat percentage, flexibility, speed, endurance, and bounce value measurement of force in significant difference (P<0.05), depending on the status of participation in sports, length, width, environment, body fat percentage, flexibility, speed, endurance, and bounce value measurement of force in significant difference (P<0.05), sport, depending on the length, width, body fat percentage, flexibility, speed, endurance, bounce, and force measurement values, the difference was significant (P<0.05), in environmental measurement values, the difference is insignificant (P>0.05), sports group, depending on the percentage of body fat, flexibility, bounce, and force measurement values, the difference was significant (P<0.05), length, width, environmental, speed and endurance of the measurement values, the difference is insignificant (P>0.05) showed.
