Özet
Sekkâkî'nin Miftâh el-ʽUlûm eserinin belâgate dair üçüncü kısmını özetlemek amacıyla, Hatîb el-Kazvînî H. VIII. yy.'ın başlarında kaleme aldığı Telhîs el-Miftâh eseri, belâgat çevrelerinde Miftâh'tan daha çok ün yapmıştır. Yazıldığı dönemden itibaren kolay üslûbu ile didaktik niteliğinden dolayı medreselerde ve ilmî ortamlarda belâgat öğretiminde baş kaynak haline gelmiştir. Dolayısıyla belâgat ilminin konularını ve terimlerini tasnif ve tertip etmek açısından zengin ve güvenilir bir eserdir. Telhîs, klasik Türk edebiyatında belâgat çalışmaları alanında da önemini korumuştur. Bu yüzden klasik Türk belâgatinin terimleri hakkında çelişki ve karışıklığın giderilmesini amaçlayan bu tez çalışması Telhîs eseri ışığında yapılmıştır. Tez, üç bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır.“I. Bölüm”de“belâgatin ortaya çıkışı ve tarihî seyri”,“belâgat ilminin kaynakları”,“belâgat ekolleri”ve“Osmanlı döneminde Anadolu belâgat çalışmaları”konu başlıklarıyla belâgatin tarihî seyri ve çalışmaları açıklanmıştır. Tezin“II. Bölüm”ü,“el-Hatîb el-Kazvînî'nin hayatı, şahsiyeti ve eserleri”,“Kazvînî'nin Telhîsu'l-Miftâh adlı eseri”ve“Telhîsu'l-Miftâh eserindeki tasnif yöntemi ve Kazvînî'nin belâgat anlayışı”adlı üç ana konuya ayrılmıştır. Tezin“III. Bölüm”ünde Telhîs'teki tertip izlenerek, belâgat ve fesâhat, meʽânî ilmi, beyân ilmi, bedîʽ ilmi, hâtime (serikât-ı şiʽriyye ve bir fasıl) bölümleri işlenmiştir. Bu bölümlerin ele alınmasından önce belâgatin ana terimleriyle alt terimleri bir tasnif halinde açıklanmıştır. Ardından belâgat teriminin ne anlama geldiğini ve belâgat terimlerinin sorunlarına değinilmiştir. Tezin sonucunda, belâgat ilmini iyi bir şekilde değerlendirmek için önceden belâgatin gelişim sürecine, tarihi aşamalarına, dil, nahiv, nakd, mantık ve delâlet gibi diğer ilimlerle ilişkisine dikkat edilmesi gerektiğine işaret edilmiştir. Ayrıca belâgat konularının tasnifinin önemi izah edilmiştir. Ve belagât sanatlarındaki sayı artışı ve terimlerde görünen karışıklığın nedenleri de açıklanmıştır.

Telhîs el-Miftâh work of Hatîb el-Kazvînî H. which he had written at the beginning of VIII. century for summarizing third section of Miftâh el-ʽUlûm work of Sekkâkî related with the eloquence, had gained more fame than Miftâh in eloquence environments. Since the period it was written, it has become a main resource in eloquence education at madrasahs and scientific environments due to its easy wording and didactic qualification. Accordingly, it is a rich and credible work in terms of classifying and organizing the subjects and terms eloquence science. Telhîs had preserved its importance in classical Turkish literature at the field of eloquence works. Therefore this thesis study which aims to eliminate the conflict and confusion related with the terms of classic Turkish eloquence, has been made in consideration of Telhîs work. The thesis is consisted of introduction, conclusion and three sections. In the“I.st section”, course and studies of history of eloquence are explained with the headings of“occurrence, history and course of eloquence”,“resources of eloquence science”,“theories of eloquence”and“Anatolian eloquence studies in Ottoman period”. II.nd section of the thesis has been divided into three main subjects with the title“life, personality and works of el-Hatîb el-Kazvînî”,“work of Kazvînî with the title Telhîsu'l-Miftâh”and“classification method in Telhîsu'l-Miftâh work and eloquence approach of Kazvînî”. By considering the order in Telhis, the III.rd section of the thesis has been processed with the eloquence and fluency, eloquence science, declaration science, aesthetic science, epilogue science (serikât-ı şiʽriyye and one section). Before discussing these sections, the main terms and sub-terms of eloquence have been explained in classification form. Then the meaning of eloquence term and problems of eloquence terms are considered. As the conclusion of the thesis, it is emphasized that for evaluating the eloquence science efficiently, the background of eloquence, historical stages and its relation with other sciences like language, syntax, value, logic and signification shall be considered. Besides the importance of the classification of eloquence subjects are explained and the reason of number decrease in eloquence art and the confusion in the terms, are explained.
