Özet
Hastanelerin kuruluş amaçlarına göre etkin ve verimli faaliyet göstermelerinde yöneticilerin verecekleri doğru kararların etkisi büyüktür. Doğru karar için ise bilgi elde etme, kullanma tekniklerinin bilinmesi ve yönetim bilgi sistemine önem verilmesi gerekir. Bu araştırma, hastane yöneticilerinin» hastane yönetim bilgi sistemi konusundaki birikimlerine katkıda bulunmak ve konu ile ilgili örnek bir çalışma ortaya koymak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmada, Zübeyde Hanım Doğumevi Eczanesi 'nde yürütülen f-aaliyetlerden elde edilen veriler, literatür bulgularından da yararlanılarak değerlendirilmiş mevcut sistemin verimini olumsuz yönde etkileyen kritik noktalarda düzenleme yapılarak yeni bir is akis seması oluşturulmuştur. Hastane yönetim bilgi sistemi kurulması ve geliştirilmesinde genel kab.il görmüş analiz ve tasarım yöntemlerine uyulması, amaca uygun donanım ve yazılım programlarının seçilmesi verilecek kararların doğruluk derecesini yükseltecektir.

The right decisions given by the hospital manegers have the greatest effect in efficent and effective management of the hospitals in accordance with their establishment purposes. For the right decisions, acquistion of the information, knowing the information usage techniquies and giving importance to the management information systems are required. This research has aimed the contribution to the hospital manegers about the hospital manegement information systems and it has given sample study about the subject. In this study the data obtained from the pharmacy of the Zübeyde Hanım Maternity Hause has been processed together with literature information in order to identify the critical points that effects the system negatively and to make the proper corrections to creat a new flow chart. Following widely accepted analyses, design procedures and selecting proper hardware and software configuration the development and installation of the hospital manegements information systems will increase effect ivenes and accuracy of the decisions.
