This research was undertaken to find the factors that are important to consider for Turkish multi nationals in order to generate new ideas and enhance creativity in their organisations for value adding product developments. In this respect, five important factors were found from the literature and tested on eight industry leading Turkish multi national companies. The data was collected through the structured interviews assisted by Likert scale questionnaire. The results showed there are some important points that Turkish companies are generally unaware of in order to generate new ideas and enhance creativity in their organisations.
