The discussion about the work of Abdurrahman Fevzi's Mikyasu'I Lisan- Kistasu'l Beyan, includes an intorduction, five purposes and a hatime. Writer, after explaining his purpose, points out the necessity language teaching He makes referance to the importance of language teaching in Europe, and suggests that we should do the same. He uses the term purpose as his main idea. In order to sort out the headlines he devides his work into babs and nevs. The term tevtia is used to organize and explane the headlines as itemised. Text consists of some 177 pages. Some of the contents of the beginning of the work, explained some of the terminology, the authors were given information about and press about the place is a part. At the and of the work is a true-false scale. Work in this case, the total is made up of 207 pages.
