Encountering cultural diversity in daily life is becoming inevitable in the global world. Thus, the importance of being aware of other cultures is rapidly increasing. In respect to significance of being aware of other cultures, this study pointed out the lack of consideration of cultural aspect in one semantic data browser which uses user generated data from social spaces, and proposed a way of enriching the browser with cultural prompts in order to raise user's awareness on gestures, greetings, artefact and personal space aspects in different cultures. In order to achieve that, it was necessary to measure user's cultural exposure level. Thus, some Theoretical Models of Culture were analysed and two of those were adapted. In addition to those, two cultural clustering mechanisms were also proposed and adapted in the project. Besides, a study set up was conducted in order to gather user information and content in real-world experiences. Therefore, analysing the data collected from the forms, cultural prompts were designed and implemented. To evaluate the prompts, a user evaluation was conducted. Participants of the evaluation agreed that the proposed prompts were generally helpful. However, some of the user-generated comments were found confusing.
