Özet
Gelişmiş ülkeler incelendiğinde gelişmişlik göstergesi olarak en önemli gösterge ekonomik verilerdir. Ekonominin iyi düzeyde olduğunu söyleyebilmemiz için istihdamla ilgili göstergelerin olumlu yönde olması gerekir. İstihdam ülke ekonomisinin gelişim düzeyini etkileyen önemli faktörlerin başında gelir. Site yönetimi hizmetlerinde çalışan sayısı gün geçtikçe artmakta ve önemli bir iş alanı olmaya aday bir sektör olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. İşsizliği azaltması, yoksul kesimlerinin gelirlerini arttırması gibi olumlu sonuçları olması site yönetimi içerisinde bulunan pozisyonları cazip hala getirmektedir. İnsan kaynakları açısından incelendiğinde hizmet sektörü çalışan sayısının sürekli arttığı sektör olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Diğer sektörlerde makine kullanımı sebebi ile çalışan sayısının azalması söz konusudur. Hizmet sektöründe bu durumun yaşanmaması sebebi ile çalışan kişi sayısı artarak devam etmektedir. Araştırmamızın amacı her geçen gün büyüyen toplu konut sektöründe oluşan istihdamın ülkemizdeki istihdama etkisini ortaya koymaktır.

When the developed countries as the most important indicators of development indicators examined the economic data. Employment-related indicators we can say the economy is at a good level must be positive. Affecting the level of development of the national economy employment income at the beginning of the important factors. The number of employees in site management services increasing day by day and is poised to become a major business areas emerge as a sector. To reduce unemployment, the positions contained in the site management of a positive result, such as to increase the incomes of poor people still bring attractive. In terms of human resources service industry sector increased the number of employees constantly emerges. Reduction of the number of employees by reason of the use of machinery in other sectors involved. In the service sector continues to increase the number of people working with the cause of this situation does not happen. The aim of this research consists in the growing housing sector employment every day is to determine the impact on employment in our country.
