Özet
Ülkemizde yayılış gösteren Teucrium türleri 9 seksiyon içinde sınıflandırılmaktadır. Bu çalışma ile morfolojik ve moleküler filogenetik açıdan bu taksonlar ilk kez bu kadar detaylı şekilde incelenmiştir. Morfolojik incelemelerde gövde, yaprak, çiçek düzenleri, brakte, kaliks, korolla, stamen, stilus ve fındıkçık yapıları detaylı şekilde ortaya konularak betimleri genişletilmiştir. Bu çalışma ile Teucrium cinsine ait taksonların ilk kez moleküler sistematik analizi yapılmıştır. Bunun için de çekirdek ribozomal DNA (nrDNA)'sının ITS bölgesi ve kloroplast DNA'sının trnL5'-F bölgesi incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmada, Teucrium cinsi ayrıntılı bir şekilde incelenmiş ve moleküler filogenetik verilerle beraber yorumlanmıştır. Tür ayırımında önemli karakterlerin çizimleri yapılmış, türlerin habitatında çekilmiş fotoğrafları ve tip örneklerinin fotoğrafları konulmuştur. Türkiye türleri için seksiyon anahtarı yapılmış ve yeni tanımlanan türleri de içine alan yeni bir tür ayırım anahtarı düzenlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada, 6 lektotip (T. sandrasicum O.Schwarz, T. orientale L. var. glabrescens Hausskn. ex Bornm., T. pruinosum Boiss., T. chamaedrys L. subsp. lydium O.Schwarz, T. leucophyllum Montb. & Aucher ex Benth., T. melissoides Boiss. & Hausskn. ex Boiss.), biri yeni kayıt alttür olmak üzere 2 yeni kombinasyon (T. heliotropiifolium Barbey subsp. pamphylicum (P.H.Davis) Özcan & Dirmenci ve T. heliotropiifolium Barbey subsp. libanoticum Özcan & Dirmenci (yeni kayıt) ve yine bu çalışma süresince 2 adet de yeni tür (T. aladagense Vural & H.Duman ve T. sirnakense Özcan & Dirmenci) belirlenmiştir. T. ozturkii A.P.Khokhr., T. chamaedrys subsp. syspirense (K.Koch) Rech.f.'nin sinonimi yapılmıştır ve ülkemiz için yeni bir kayıt olarak verilen T. krymense Juz.'ye ait örneğin aslında T. chamaedrys subsp. trapezunticum Rech.f.'un bir varyasyonu olduğu belirlenmiştir. Böylelikle son yapılan değişikliklerle tür sayısı 35 ve takson sayısı 47 olmuştur. 15 taksonun ise ülkemize endemik olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The Teucrium members growing in Turkey are classified into 9 sections. By this study, this is the first time that these taxa have been examined much in detail in terms of morphology and molecular phylogeny of this genus. Stem, leaf, inflorescence, bract, calyx, corolla, stamen, style, and the nutlet structures have been put forward in detail for the morphological investigations and the descriptions were developed. Molecular systematic analysis of the taxa belonging to the genus Teucrium has been done for the first time by this study. For this purpose, ITS region of the nuclear ribosomal DNA (nrDNA) and trnL5'-F region of chloroplast DNA have been investigated. In this study, the genus Teucrium has been investigated in detail and interpreted via molecular phylogenetic data. The distinguishing important characters for the species have been drawn, the photos of the species have been taken from the habitats and the photos of the type specimens have been included. A revised sectional identification key for the Turkhish species has been done and a a new species determination key has been constructed. In this study, 6 lectotype (T. sandrasicum O. Schwarz, T. orientale L. var. glabrescens Hausskn. ex Bornm., T. pruinosum Boiss., T. chamaedrys L. subsp. lydium O. Schwarz, T. leucophyllum Montb. & Aucher ex Benth., T. melissoides Boiss. & Hausskn. ex Boiss.), 2 new combinations (T. heliotropiifolium Barbey subsp. pamphylicum (P.H.Davis) Özcan & Dirmenci and T. heliotropiifolium Barbey subsp. libanoticum Özcan & Dirmenci, (a new subspecies record), and 2 new species (T. aladagense Vural & H. Duman and T. sirnakense Özcan & Dirmenci) were identified during this study. T. ozturkii A.P.Khokhr. was turned to a synonym of T. chamaedrys subsp. syspirense Rech.f. and the species collected as T. krymense Juz. from our country was identified as a variation of T. chamaedrys subsp. trapezunticum Rech.f. Thus the species number has become 35 and the total taxa number has become 47 with the last changes of this study. 15 taxa have been determined as endemic to Turkey as well.
