Özet
Bu çalışma, modern dönem tefsirlerinde özellikle Menâr Tefsîr'i bağlamında, Kur'ân'ın i'câzı ekseninde geliştirilen düşünceleri ele almaktadır. Kur'ân'ın i'câzı hakkındaki görüşler, giriş ve sonuca ek olarak üç bölümde ele alınmıştır. Giriş kısmında çalışmanın konu, kapsam, önem, amaç ve yöntemi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde, Kur'ân i'câzının kuramsal yönüne ve kavramsallaşma sürecine işaret edilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda,“Kur'ân i'câzı”ilminin tarihî gelişimi ile beraber ana hatlarıyla Kur'ân'ın i'câz yönlerine değinilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, Kur'ân'ın i'câzı, önemli bazı modern dönem tefsirleri bağlamında ve müstakil başlıklar altında ele alınmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu şekilde Kur'ân'ın i'câzı hakkında modern dönem tefsirlerinin perspektifi tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ele alınan modern dönem tefsirlerinde bir realite olarak kabul edilen Kur'ân'ın i'câzı hakkında, ortak görüşler olduğu gibi farklı perspektifler de bulunmaktadır. Örneğin; i'câz hakkındaki görüşlerine yer verilen modern dönem tefsir yazarları, Kur'ân'ın gaybî haber içermesini bir i'câz vechi olarak kabul ederken, İbn Âşûr'un bu niteliği net bir şekilde i'câz yönlerinden saydığı söylenemez. Üçüncü bölümde, Menâr Tefsîr'i merkezinde Kur'ân'ın i'câzı hakkındaki görüşler tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu bağlamda tehaddî, tehaddî âyetlerinin nüzûl kronolojilerinin tahlili, muaraza, Kur'ân'ın i'câz yönleri ve bu husustaki tartışmalara yer verilmiştir. Örneğin; söz konusu tartışma konularından biri Kur'ân'ın tercüme edilmesi meselesidir. Menâr Tefsîr'i yazarlarından Reşîd Rızâ'ya göre bir Müslümanın Kur'ân'ın lafız ve mana açısından i'câzını yansıtmadığı için tercümeyi kabul etmesi mümkün değildir.

This study, tackles the ideas developed in the miracle of the Qur'an's axis, interpretation of the modern era especially in the context of the Menar Interpretation. In addition to the introduction and result opinions about the miracle of the Qur'an were discussed in three sections. In the introduction section the information about subject, scope, importance, purpose and method of the study were provided. In the first chapter, it has been pointed out to the theoretical aspect and conceptualization process of the miracle of the Quran. In this regard, the aspects of miracle of the Qur'an outlines are dealt with with the main lines together with the historical development of Qur'an knowledge. In the second chapter the miracle of the Quran was tried to be handled under separate headings and in the context of some important interpretation of the modern era. By this way the perspective of the interpretation of the modern era about the The miracle of the Qur'an has been tried to be determined. In the interpretations of the modern era that were discussed there are different perspectives, as is common opinions about The Miracle of the Qur'an that was admitted as a reality. For instance, while the authors of the interpretation of the modern era who opine about the interpretation of the modern era accept the Qur'an as a miracle aspect which contain prophecies, it can not be said that İbn Âşûr confessedly accept this. In the third section in the cenre of Menar Interpretation the opinions about The Miracle of the Qur'an has tried to be determined. In this context, it has been pointed out to the challenge, the analyses of revelation of the challenge verses' chronology, contention, the aspects of The Miracle of the Qur'an and the debates on this issue. For example one such debate is about the matter of Qur'an's being translated. According to Rashid Rida one of the authors of Menar Interpretation for a Muslim it is not possible to accept the translation of the Qur'an as it does not reflects the interpretation of the Qur'an in terms of meanin and expression (word).
