Özet
VI ÖZ Doğu Akdeniz Bölgesinde İçel, Mana ve Hatay illerinde dört yıl süre ile yürütülen bu selek s iyon çalışması sonucunda 37 farklı erik tipi belirlenmiştir. Çalışmalarda saptanan tiplerin yetiştirilme koşulları ve ağaç hakkındaki bilgiler seleksiyon anket formlarına içlenmiş ve bu tiplerin bazı pomolojik özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Bütün tipler Tartılı Derecelendirme yöntemi ile değerlendirilmiş ve yüksek puan alan 31 E 23, 31 E 11, 31 E 05, 31 E 16, 31 E 26, 31 E 04 ve 31 E 19 kod numaralı tipler umutlu bulunmuşlardır. Bununla birlikte bütün tiplerin benzer iklim ve toprak koşullarında adaptasyon denemelerine alınması ve elde edilecek sonuçlara göre yargıya varılması daha uygun olacaktır. Bu amaçla, 1993 yılında, belirlenen bütün tiplerle Ala ta Bahçe Kültürleri Araştırma Enstitüsü' nde bir deneme bahçesi kurulmuş olup çalışmalara devam edilmektedir.

VII SB STRUCT This selection study was carried out for four years in the provinces of içel, Adana and Hatay in the Eastern Mediterranean Region. Thirty seven different plum types vere found. During the studies, the information about the growing conditions and the tree characteristics of the selected types were recorded on the selection survey forms, soma pomological characteristics of the types were also investigated. All types were evaluated with weighted Rankit method and the types with higher points such as 31 E 23, 31 E il, 31 E 05, 31 E 16, 31 E 23, 31 E 04 and 3i E 19 were determined as the promising types. However, further adaptation studies under the same soil and climatic conditions with all types are needed to reach the conclusion. For that reason, all types were planted at the A lata Horticultural Research institute in 1933 and studies are ongoing.
