Özet
Bu çalışma İzmir ilinde bulunan resmi ve özel ilk ve ortaokullarında görev yapan yöneticilerin karar verirken etkilendiği etkenleri belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu araştırmanın örneklemini, 2013-2014 eğitim-öğretim yılında İzmir ilindeki toplam 8 ilk ve ortaokulda görev yapan 250 ilk ve ortaokul öğretmenlerine uygulanmış ve veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplamak amacıyla araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulan“Yöneticilerin okulla ilgili karar verirken etkilendiği etkenler”anketi kullanılmıştır. Yöneticilerin okulla ilgili karar verirken etkilendiği etkenler belirlemek amacıyla, anketteki bağımsız değişkenlere ait frekansları ve ( % ) Yüzde değerleri tespit edilmiştir. Anket kullanılarak elde edilen sonuçların, araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin cinsiyet, yaş, öğrenim düzeyi, çalıştığı okul türü, okuldaki görev süresi değişkenlerine bağlı olarak anlamlı farklılık gösterip göstermediği test edilmiştir. Yapılan bu fark testleri sonucunda bazı demografik değişkenlere ait alt gruplar arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık (p<05) tespit edilirken, bir kısmında ise istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık saptanmamıştır. Yöneticilerin okulla ilgili karar verirken etkilendiği etkenleri belirlemek amacıyla, yapılan sonuçları ortaya koymak için veriler t-testi, Anova (Tekyönlü varyans analizi), Scheffe ve Tamhane's testi yapılarak yorumlanmıştır. Analiz sonucunda bazı alt boyutlar arasında anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilirken, bir kısmında ise anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmemiştir. Yapılan analizlerle bulgular tespit edilmiş ve sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular tartışılmış ve bu alana önemli katkılar sağlayacak önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

This study was performed in order to determine the factors by which the administrators who work at formal and private elementary and secondary schools that are located in the city of Izmir are influenced while they are making decisions. The sample of this research was applied to the 250 teachers of elementary and secondary schools who work at totally 8 elementary and secondary schools in the city of Izmir in 2013-2014 educational year and the data were collected.In the research, the questionnaire called“The factors by which the administrators are influenced while making decisions related to school”that was formed by the researcher was used in order to collect data. With the purpose to determine the factors by which the administrators are influenced while they are making decisions about school, the frequencies and per cent (%) values belonging to the independent parameters in the questionnaire were determined. It was tested whether the results which were obtained by using the questionnaire differentiated significantly or not depending both on the the parameters of sexes, ages and educational levels of the teachers who contributed to the research and the ones of the type of the schools where they work and the duration of working at school.As a result of these differentiation tests which were carried out, while a statistically significant differentiation (p<05) was found between the subgroups belonging to some demographical parameters, a statistically significant differentiation was not found in part of them. With the purpose to determine the factors by which the administrators are influenced while making decisions about school, the data were interpreted by carrying out t-test, Anova (Oneway variance analysis) and Scheffe Tamhane's test in order to show the results that were made. While a significant relation was found between some subdimensions as a result of the analysis, a significant difference was not found in part of them. The findings were detected and the results were reached through the analyses which were carried out. The findings that were obtained were discussed about and the suggestions which will considerably contribute to that field were made.
