Özet
ÖZET 21yy için tasarım ve yapımda yeni bir trend ortaya koyarken? senaryo, genel? teknik? tasarırasal olarak bütünsellik adımlarıyla tamamlanmış ve tez ortaya konmuştur. Genel anlamda, birinci bölümde yani tanımlar ve kavramlar bölümünde, çelik, yapı sistemlerinden çelik yapılar, çeliğin_tarihi çelik binalar, çelik avan tajı binaların çelik yapılarının korunması, ve binalarda çeliğin mesajı ifadelendirilmiştir. İkinci adımda, temel sistemlerden çereçeve sistemlerdeki yapının ana bileşenlerinden yatay ve düşey bileşenlerin tanımı yapılmıştır» Sonrasında örneklemede kullanılacak binaların özellikleri verilmiştir. Birinci bölüm, malzeme + sistem + binalar üçlemi içerisindedir. îkinci bölümde, bu çalışmada tasarım aşamasında, yatayda yapıyı çerçeveleyen yatay bileşenin yüksekliğini belirlemedeki metodun tanımı yapılmıştır. Bu bölümde, metodun özellikleri, metodun çalışmaya uyarlanması, ve örneklerden faydalanarak, açıklığı belirlenmiş bir yatay bileşenin belirlenmesinde kullanılacak denklemler ortaya konmuştur. Ve bu bölümün sonunda da, bu denklemler değerlendirilmiştir. üçüncü bölümde, 21yy için, çelik binalar ve ekonomik tasarımı için gerekli olan mimari ihtiyaçlar ortaya konmuştur. Bu bölümde ilk önce, mimari ihtiyaçlar için ekonomik tasarımın tanımı yapılmıştır. Çelik binaların planlama ve yaratma tanımlarında, çağa uygunluk, düşenin olası ilkeleri, mimari biçimin elemanları ve mimari biçimin ' yapısı, organik mimarinin potansiyelinin idrak zorunluluğu ve yaratıcı bütünlük için, mimarlık, mühendislik ve heykel tıraşlığın işbirliği konusuna dikkat çekilmiştir. Sonuçta, 21yy için tasarım ve yapımdaki yeni trendin tanımı yapılarak tez ortaya konmuştur.

SUMMARY While mentioning a new trend in design and construction for 2ist century? scenario is completed as a whole in basic, technical and design dimensions? and the thesis has been put forward. In first part, and in definitions and concepts section? steel? structural systems? steel structures? history of steel? steel buildings? the advantage of steel in buildings? protection for steel structure in buildings, the message of steel in buildings and the relationship between steel and ar chitectural form? is defined» In second section, from the basic structural systems? the framing system and its main components which are the horizontal and vertical components are mentioned» Then? the features of the case studies which are analysised in this study are defined. First part is completed in triple of material, structural system? and buildings which are all about steel. In the second parts, the new method is defined? which is for estimating the depth of the horizontal framing component in design stage. In this part, the description of the problem? the other methods for cal culating the depth of horizontal framing component? the aim of the new method? the decision steps for the method? the classification of the horizontal framing components, the regression analysis, the adaptation of the new method to the selected subject, and deduction of the resulting equations which are for determinig the depth of the section of horizontal framing component is defined. And at last? a conclusion is made about the outputs. In the 3rd part? the architectural requirements in steel buildings and economic design is mentioned. In this part? firstly? the definition of the economic- design in architec tural requirement, is made. In planning and creating the steel buildings, dependence upon the epoch, possible principles of order, the elements of architectural form, the structure of architectural form? the obligation to realize the potentialities of organic architecture, and architecture, en gineering and sculptur as a creative unity are determined. And, in deduction part? the definition of the new trend in design and con struction for 21st century is made, and thesis has been put forward.
