Özet
İnsan kaynaklarının ve gücünün, tüm yer altı ve yerüstü kaynaklarından daha değerli olduğu düşüncesi ile davranan toplumlar, çocukların farklılıklarını gözeterek eğitimde yeni modeller geliştirmişler, uygulamışlar ve olumlu sonuçlarını da almaktadırlar.Bu çalışma İstanbul ili Üsküdar ilçesi özel bir ortaokulun ÜPÖ(Üstün Potansiyelli Öğrenci) öğrencilerinin okul yönetimi algılarına ilişkin görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.Bu araştırmanın örneklemini, 2012–2013 eğitim-öğretim yılında, İstanbul ili, Üsküdar ilçesindeki özel bir ortaokulun ÜPÖ(Üstün Potansiyelli Öğrenci) öğrencileri oluşturmuştur.Araştırmada veri toplamak amacıyla birebir görüşme yoluyla veri toplanmıştır.Günümüzde okula vizyon kazandıran,okulu başarılı okullar statüsüne yükselten,okul yöneticileridir.Okul yöneticilerine farklı bir ufuk kazandırmak amacıyla ÜPÖ (üstün zekalı ve üstün yetenekli) öğrencileri ile yapılan bire bir görüşmelerde onların gözüyle okul yöneticisini bulmaya çalıştık. Sonuç olarak öğrenciler okul yönetimini tanımlarken kurallar koyan, bu kuralları da belirli amaçların elde edilmesi için koyan şeklinde ifade etmişler, öğrenciler için hangi etkinlikler yapılabilir sorusuna ya etkinlikleri sıralayarak, ya da etkinliklerini nasıl oluşturacaklarını anlatan adımları sıralayarak, öğretmenlerin okulun olmazsa olmazları olduğunu, onlara değer verilmesi gerektiğini, personel ile öğretmenler arasında bir ayırım yapılmaması, bir yöneticinin öğrencilere yaklaşımını tanımlarken; öğrencilerle iletişimde denge, iletişime açıklık ve yöneticinin iyi bir konuşmacı olması gerektiği belirtilmiştir.

ABSTRACT The society that behaves with the thought of that the human resources and power are more valuable than all the under ground and above ground sources have developed and applied the new models in education by observing the children's differences and have been receiving the positive results.The aim of this study is to evaluate the school management perceptions of the Students with Outstanding Potential (SwOP) studying in The Private Çamlıca Anafen Middle Schools in the Üsküdar district of Istanbul. The sample of this study is the Students with Outstanding Potential (SwOP) studying in The Private Çamlıca Anafen Middle Schools in the Üsküdar district of Istanbul in the academic year 2012-2013. This study is a qualitative study. In this study the data was collected by the face-to-face interviews.Today, the ones providing vision to the schools and upgrading the schools to the successful schools category are the school administrators. In this study it was aimed to provide the school managers with a different horizon by the face-to-face interviews with the SwOP (gifted and talented) students. In this study it was aimed to determine the school management through the eyes of the SwOP (gifted and talented) students. According to the results of this study, the SwOP students defined the school management as a body defining the set rules in order to achieve the specific objectives. To the question which activities can be done, the SwOP students answered as either by sorting the activities or by sorting the steps describing how to formulate these activites. The SwOP students assessed the teachers as the sine qua non of the schools and said that it should be given to them. According to the SwOP students it should not be made a distinction between staff and teachers. As defining the approach of an administrator to the students, the SwOP students emphasized the balance in communication with students and openness in the communication.According to the SwOP students the administrator should be a a good speaker.
