Özet
Cumhuriyetin kuruluşunun ardından birçok alanda gerçekleştirilen reformlar içerisinde ulusal bir bilince sahip, çağın gereklerine uyan bir müzik kültürü oluşturulması, başta Mustafa Kemal Atatürk olmak üzere, cumhuriyet devrimlerinin ve kuruluş sürecinin önde gelenleri için çok önemli bir ülkü olmuştur. Bu fikrin sağlam temellere oturtulması ve sonraki nesillere sağlıklı bir biçimde aktarılması adına, birçok yetenekli genç, Avrupa'ya müzik öğrenimi görmeleri için gönderilmiş, yurda döndüklerinde yeni kuşak gençleri eğitmeleri beklentisiyle birlikte, Türk müziğine yeni bir boyut, yeni bir dil ve anlayış kazandırmaları da amaçlanmıştır. Bu ilk kuşak bestecileri, farklı ekollerdeki eğitimlerinden edindikleri modern kompozisyon teknikleri ile yetiştikleri coğrafyanın müzik kültürünü harmanlayarak bu görevi yerine getirmişlerdir. Geleneksel Türk müzik kültüründeki sesle icra geleneğinin bir getirisi olarak, çağdaş Türk müziğinde de ses alanında verilmiş eserler çok önemli bir yere sahiptir. Cumhuriyet döneminde bestelenmiş ilk opera olan Özsoy'dan başlayarak, günümüze değin birçok formda ve türde vokal eser bestelenmiştir. Özellikle de, Türkiye'de kültürel anlamda büyük değişim ve gelişimlerin yaşanmış olduğu cumhuriyetin ilk elli yılı içerisinde bestelenen bu çerçevedeki yapıtların, yeni cumhuriyet ile özdeşleşmiş olan çağdaşlaşma ülküsünü, bünyesinde barındırdığı üslup çeşitliliği aracılığıyla yansıttığı söylenebilir. Bu çalışmada sözü edilen dönem içerisinde üretilmiş eserlerin taranması ve bu çeşitliliğin ortaya konulması için söz konusu repertuvardan seçilen üç eserin incelenmesi ile elde edilecek bulguların, öğrencilere, bestecilere, icracılara, müzik bilimcilerine ve araştırmacılara ışık tutacağı düşünülmektedir. As a yield of the tradition of vocal performance in the traditional Turkish music culture, the works given in vocal area has also had a very important place in modern Turkish music. After the foundation of the Republic, the constitution of a musical culture that has a national consciousness within the reforms had been realized in numerous fields and that met the requirements of the following age, has been a very important ideal for those who were the prominents of the republic reforms and the foundation process of it. In favor of being builded on a solid ground and being transferred to the next generations in a wholesome way of this ideal, many youngsters had been sent to Europe in order that they study music. With the expectance that they educate the pupils from the new generation when they return to the country, there had also been aimed that they bring a new dimension, language and insight into the Turkish music. This first generation's composers has fulfilled this duty blending the contemporary compositional technics that they elicited from their trainings in various ecoles and the musical culture of the lands where they grew up. Beginning from Özsoy which was the first opera composed in the Republic period, a lot of vocal works have been composed in many forms and genres until today. Especially, for the works in this context composed within the first fifty years of the Republic in which had culturally been experienced some big changes and developments in Turkey, there can be said that they represented the ideal of modernization identified with the new republic through the variety of style which had existed within the structure of themselves. In this study, in order that surveying the works which had composed in the following period and revealing this range, it is being thought that the findings obtained by analyzing the three works chosen from the following repertory, may provide an insight for the students, composers, performers and musicologists.
