Özet
AVRUPA PARA SİSTEMİ Bu çalışmada Avrupa Para Sistemi'nin tarihi ve işleyiş tarzı eleştirel bir bakış acısıyla anlatılmaktadır. Çalışmanın sonunda, 1990'lı yılların değişen ekonomik ortamı içerisinde Avrupa Para Sistemi'nin kendisinden beklenen işlevleri yerine getirip getirmediği irdelenmektedir.

IV THE EUROPEAN MONETARY SYSTEM In this study, a critical history of the European Monetary System is presented and its structure is discussed with special emphasis on the system's working mechanisms. The study is concluded with an assessment of the relevance of the European Monetary System in the changing economic climate of the 1990's.
