63 summary In this research, we examined the legal results of the possessions of the Intel gence illness in the Islamic law, We accepted to divide the thesis into three parts. At the beginning of the thesis we have explained from the islamic law the person, the right obstruction.responstol© and how to took to the intelligence sides in the other law system, in the second part of the thesis.we gave the definition of the intelligence illness in the Islamic law.ln this part, we explained about the intelligence, Intelligence illness and the sorts of them. And in the third part, we stabilized the effects to the responstole of the intei gence !ness.Ateo, w© gave various examples of this works. At the result, w© can say that the inteiligence sicks can not move alone. His actions is made by his parents (guardians).!! he has made a faultwe can not ojve him a bodily purtshmentButthe things,thet he caused harm will be paying. Sn this research we see that the Islamic law and the Modem law presents us paralel things about this subject.
